General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Kelly Thiebaud is headed back to the ABC soap as Britt. Soap Opera Digest is reporting that Britt will show up for a short stint next month, so trouble is clearly on the way! When Britt’s around, there are always going to be questions and conflict.
Thiebaud played Britt from 2012-2014 and paid Port Charles a visit in 2015. Naturally, GH decided this was a great time to put Britt in the mix again. Patient Six (Steve Burton) and Jason’s (Billy Miller) storyline is bringing plenty of familiar faces back to town. They might as well throw Britt in and let her add to the twin mystery.
Jason is busy trying to prove he’s the real Jason Morgan and the other guy is Drew. Patient Six, on the other hand, is more interested in figuring out who’s to blame for his predicament. He lost five years of his life and current Jason’s world is now a wreck, too.
General Hospital spoilers say Patient Six and Sonny (Maurice Benard) will rev up their efforts to catch the culprit. When Patient Six asked Sonny for some possible suspects, Faison (Anders Hove) and Dr. Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) were the first names he rattled off. They’ll start with those villains and move down the list if necessary.
Next week, Sonny will have a heated confrontation with Dr. Obrecht. Will he get any info that could help their evidence hunt? Dr. Obrecht obviously won’t be making a full confession, but we all know she can never resist gloating. If Dr. O had something to do with this, Sonny will probably be able to tell.
However, Sonny may determine that Faison is the person they need to get to. Perhaps that’s where Britt will come in. She might be able to put Sonny in touch with Faison or at least offer a clue. Faison was responsible for classic Jason’s “death” in 2012, so Sonny will definitely think this lead is worth pursuing.
Of course, there’s a chance that all of this is a wild goose chase. After all, the first suspects aren’t always the best options. General Hospital might throw a curveball that points in another direction down the road.
