The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Mariah (Camryn Grimes) will uncover a stunning secret. There’s a good chance she won’t like being in the loop on some big news. It could put her in an awkward position.
Mariah’s always in Sharon’s (Sharon Case) orbit and she was a little disappointed in Scott (Daniel Hall) for paying more attention to Abby (Melissa Ordway). It’s clear that Mariah is suspicious of Scott’s loyalty. She doesn’t seem to think Scott’s cheated yet, but she probably knows there’s the potential for it. Scott is getting dangerously close to Abby and that can only lead to trouble.
In fact, it’s already set up major Y&R drama. Abby and Scott hooked up when they were trapped in a storage unit. Their secret has to come out sooner or later. Perhaps Mariah will be the first to know. A bit of eavesdropping could bring this shocker to her attention.
Mariah is used to Sharon being the one to sabotage things, but this time she’s off the hook. Scott’s the rotten cheater and Mariah obviously won’t be happy if she finds out. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Mariah will hear about this bombshell during the week of December 11-15.
That’s a terrible time to share something like this with Sharon. Christmas is coming up! Mariah may not want to drop this on her mom, especially once Scott moves in. She’ll undoubtedly see Sharon in a blissful holiday state.
What will Mariah do? Will she decide to monitor the situation for a while? If Mariah feels like it was a one-time deal, she might determine that what Sharon doesn’t know won’t hurt her.
Mariah could also confront Abby and Scott about what they’ve done. They might convince her to keep quiet and protect Sharon’s vulnerable heart. If they assure Mariah that their fling is over, that might buy them some time.
However, Mariah would certainly blab the moment she saw any other suspicious behavior. Can Abby and Scott really resist their desires forever? It doesn’t seem likely. Whatever happens, Mariah will be in a tight spot. Sharon deserves to know what happened, so let’s hope someone fills her in soon. The longer this goes on, the more painful it will be when the truth comes out.
