The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Newman Enterprises has a serious problem. They’re about to be audited and that could uncover all kinds of dangerous secrets. Victor (Eric Braeden) has plenty of skeletons in his closet and there could be a trail that leads to trouble.
Victor has orchestrated some rotten schemes and many of them required payments to shady characters. For example, Victor paid Dr. Harris (Ron Melendez) handsomely to look after Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson). There must’ve been other expenses tied to helping Chloe flee as well.
If secrets start coming out, the investigation into Newman Enterprises could go even deeper and move into more serious criminal territory. There may be solid evidence to bring Victor down. The audit could lead to the discovery of Victor’s plots with Chloe and other risky deals he tried to sweep under the rug. All of this could mean more chaos for the company.
Once Newman’s under fire, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) may crack under the pressure. She’ll do everything she can to preserve what’s left of the Newman family’s reputation, but it won’t be easy. The Young and the Restless spoilers suggest Victoria could be a real menace by the end of this mess. She’ll undoubtedly blame Abby (Melissa Ordway) for sparking a scandal and setting off a chain reaction.
Victor will be all worked up, too. He’ll be furious and possibly even a bit terrified about the threat of prison again. Victor doesn’t want to go back to the slammer if he can help it. Plus, he may have concerns about a really huge secret getting out. It might even be something that Victor’s left everyone else out of the loop on.
The Young and the Restless spoilers hint that an Adam Newman recast is on the way. Victor was clearly distraught after Adam’s demise, but maybe he never gave up hope. If he found Adam later, they might’ve agreed to keep the news to themselves until the time was right.
Adam could’ve suggested that he didn’t want to bring more pain to Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) and Connor’s (Gunner and Ryder Gadbois) lives. Of course, he would probably need Victor’s money to stay afloat in some faraway land. If this audit results in proof of payments to Adam, it could spark serious Y&R drama!
