General Hospital (GH) spoilers updates for Friday, December 29, tease that Lulu (Emme Rylan) will get on Nina’s (Michelle Stafford) bad side. She’ll push Nina’s buttons at a New Year’s Eve shindig when she brings up Valentin (James Patrick Stuard). Lulu will tell Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) about her suspicions. She’ll suggest that Valentin’s in deep and Nina’s covering for him.
Nina knows her hubby’s indeed up to something, but she’ll resent Lulu for pointing it out. Across town, Valentin will be in far more trouble than Nina realizes. Cassandra (Jessica Tuck) mistakenly thinks Valentin’s the one who bugged her phone. She’ll try to figure out who he’s working with and how long this has been going on.
When Valentin stays tight-lipped, Cassandra will order her goon to beat some answers out of him. She’ll be willing to do whatever it takes to make Valentin talk. General Hospital spoilers say it appears Valentin will land in the ICU thanks to this vicious attack. For now, Finn (Michael Easton) and Anna (Finola Hughes) will remain oblivious to Valentin’s suffering. He’ll agree to spend New Year’s Eve with her and things will heat up.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Drew’s (Billy Miller) plans will hit a huge snag. It looks like he won’t be able to start his car. Kim (Tamara Braun) will notice Drew’s still hanging around GH, so she’ll express some confusion. She’ll wonder what happened since Drew was supposed to meet Sam (Kelly Monaco).
The short answer is…Carly (Laura Wright) happened! She’ll be the source of Drew’s difficulties in Friday’s episode. Sonny (Maurice Benard) won’t know all the details, but he’ll know enough to insist that this is a bad idea. Carly will ignore Sonny’s warning and contend that her plot is going to work out beautifully. She’ll eventually find out that her scheme wasn’t exactly fool-proof.
At The Haunted Star, Jason (Steve Burton) will take a moment to catch up with Sam (Kelly Monaco). They’ll reflect on the past as Jason brings up some regrets. He might talk about all the time he’s lost and what he wishes he could get back. As midnight draws near, Sam and Jason will head outside to watch the fireworks. They might as well, right? Naturally, sparks will fly under the glow of the dazzling display.
General Hospital spoilers say Jason and Sam will share a steamy kiss while Drew frets about keeping his love waiting. Back at GH, Kim will continue to offer vague explanations and sidestep the truth.
