The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for Monday, January 8, tease that J.T. (Thad Luckinbell) will be crushed when Mac (Clementine Ford) has divorce papers sent over. At the Chancellor mansion, J.T. will hide the truth and listen to Cane (Daniel Goddard) gush about his reunion plans. It seems Cane’s future with Lily (Christel Khalil) is looking up.
Meanwhile, Abby (Melissa Ordway) and Lily will chat about their trip to Paris. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Lily will seem uncertain about leaving. They could be stuck continent hopping for a while. Nevertheless, Lily will ultimately decide this is a great opportunity and she needs to take advantage of it. When she fills Cane in later, he’ll beg Lily not to go away right now.
J.T. will catch up with Victoria (Amelia Heinle) so they can talk about Reed (Tristan Lake Leabu). He’ll hope Reed’s court date will put some fear in him, but Victoria will feel like their son needs lots of love and support. They’ll get on the same page and make plans for lunch.
At the Abbott mansion, Graham (Max Shippee) will show up to continue his mission. He’ll have a police officer by his side as he reveals a court order. Graham will want to take Dina (Marla Adams) away from the Abbotts immediately.
Jack (Peter Bergman) will ignore the threat of arrest while Traci (Beth Maitland) calls Paul (Doug Davidson) for help. The cop will be dismissed, but Dina will insist on leaving with her companion. Jack will assure Graham that a fierce fight’s coming, so he’d better be prepared.
At the athletic club, Graham will upset Dina when he explains the plan. She thought they were going on a cruise together, but he intends to put her in a facility. Graham will promise to visit, but Dina will get increasingly agitated. She’ll try to make a break for it, so Graham will grab her arm.
Victoria and J.T. will put a stop to Graham’s aggressive move. After Graham leads Dina away to get a suite, Victoria will praise J.T. for stepping up. J.T. will note that Mac doesn’t think he’s one of the good guys. He’ll share the news that she filed for divorce.
Back with the Abbotts, they’ll get updates on the latest drama and secure a quick hearing. They’ll hope they can prove Graham’s motives aren’t pure. Afterward, Abby will make a confession to Ashley (Eileen Davidson). She’ll admit that she cheated with Scott and it all blew up.
Scott will also catch up with Victoria in Monday’s episode. The Young and the Restless spoilers say he’ll want to work from home, but Victoria won’t get on board. Later, Scott will try to get $3 million from Lauren (Tracey E. Bregman). He’ll want to buy Hashtag, but Lauren will contend that he’s on his own.
