General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that various clues could be leading up to the conclusion that Peter August (Wes Ramsay) is turning out to be exactly like his mother, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes). GH fans have watched as he told Lulu Falconeri (Emme Rylan) to be very careful while she went off to Spoon Island in pursuit of Cesar Faison (Anders Hove), only allowing her to go when she revealed that she knows most of the tunnels and catacombs at Wyndemere – but it seems Peter inadvertently revealed a lot more secrets as the day went on!
WSB Agent Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) approached Peter August at Aurora Media and pleaded with him to use his media access to draw out mad man Cesar Faison. Did anyone find it odd that Peter flat out refused to help her, saying he would not tarnish the company’s nor his reputation on this “rubbish”, but allowed a young new reporter like Lulu, to take the risk?
General Hospital buzz reveals when Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) was at Crimson Magazine with Peter, something was way off and doesn’t fit the Peter we have been shown. A gun toting Faison, was determined to take Maxie and his unborn grandchild with him, no one expected that when he shot Peter he would be wearing a bullet proof vest – most business executives don’t! The way Peter, scurried across the floor, played dead until the opportune moment would be exactly the type of training he got from the WSB Academy.
General Hospital spoilers imply that Peter could have turned Anna away from drawing Faison out in the open for her own safety as a fellow agent. Surely after reading the files, he would know the deep connection between Faison and Anna – their love/hate relationship and Faison’s deep obsession with her.
Peter would also have to recognize how he feels a strange connection to Anna that has no explanation at this point – or at least one he isn’t aware of! GH spoilers for Monday, January 29, show Peter hiding in the bushes as Anna anxiously awaits the arrival of Faison’s son, Heinrich, who is in fact her own son! GH buzz claims this will all be tied together and explain why is she so drawn and protective of this phantom son.
The question remains – Is Peter really Anna’s son? The traits are definitely there and he is acting more and more like her every day!
