The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Hilary (Mishael Morgan) will struggle to make progress with Devon (Bryton James). He uncovered Juliet’s (Laur Allen) confession, so he knows Hilary’s (Mishael Morgan) been keeping big secrets. Devon feels like this is more proof that Hilary will never truly change. In some ways, perhaps Devon is right about that.
Hilary’s never going to be a saint and she’ll probably always have a few tricks up her sleeve. That’s just who she is. However, Hilary’s pursuit of motherhood seems to have softened her a bit. She seems like she’s at least trying to be a better person and that should count for something.
Hilary’s show has been featuring more positive stories lately. She’s also been there for Cane (Daniel Goddard) and Lily (Christel Khalil) throughout all their Sam drama. It’s not like Hilary played a huge role in the Juliet situation anyway. She pushed for the sexual harassment lawsuit, but Cane’s the one who engaged in a drunken hookup and lied repeatedly.
Plus, we can’t forget about the behind-the-scenes footage sabotage at Brash and Sassy. Cane was willing to dip into his own kids’ school funds to cover the blackmail fee. Lily and Cane can blame Hilary for their problems all they want, but she’s not the reason their marriage fell apart. They’re back together now anyway, so many Y&R fans don’t see what all the fuss is about.
Nevertheless, Devon will remain fed up with Hilary’s behavior. He’ll reject her attempts to make things right over the next couple weeks. Meanwhile, The Young and the Restless spoilers say Lily will seek vengeance. At some point, Hilary may get tired of this witch hunt. She could snap and unleash her wrath.
If Devon gives Hilary the brushoff one too many times, she might rip into him with everything she’s got. Devon could easily fire back for some explosive scenes. Since the sexual tension has been building, perhaps an angry hookup is brewing. Some good old-fashioned hate sex sounds like a great idea.
Devon and Hilary could pretend to regret it afterward, but we all know it’s what they want. This would be the perfect opportunity for Hilary to get pregnant. It’s doubtful that Y&R’s going to let anyone besides Devon put a bun in the oven. Despite this setback, a “Hevon” reunion definitely seems to be the plan.
