Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Shawn (Brandon Beemer) is headed back to the NBC soap. He’ll appear during the week of March 19-23, so his return isn’t too far away. DOOL fans know that Hope (Kristian Alfonso) recently announced her trip to Hong Kong. She told Rafe (Galen Gering) she was going to visit Shawn and Belle (Martha Madison), but she doesn’t know when she’ll be home.
Sadly, it looks like Belle won’t make a comeback this time around. Days will surely find a way to explain her absence. Belle may be stuck in work meetings or she could be out of town during Hope’s stay. Thankfully, Days buzz hints that Belle will make some return appearances down the road. She’ll probably pop up in Salem for some big shocker in a few months.
For now, let’s talk about Shawn. Days of Our Lives spoilers say he’ll hate to hear about the wedding blowup. Shawn will do his best to support Hope through this crisis. He won’t want his mom to suffer alone, so he’ll listen to her problems and offer advice.
Shawn will always think Bo (Peter Reckell) was Hope’s perfect match and that’s certainly true. However, he’ll also sense that Hope’s devastated about dumping Rafe. Shawn will wonder if their relationship is worth fighting for. He’ll love having Hope in town, but he’ll suggest that maybe she shouldn’t run away from her problems.
Shawn may push Hope to return to Salem and try to work things out. He’ll at least think Hope should hear what Rafe has to say. Days of Our Lives spoilers state that Hope will consider Shawn’s guidance. She won’t know if she’s ready to sit down and talk to Rafe yet, but she might be willing to give it a shot.
Hope’s still the police commissioner, so she can’t avoid Rafe forever. At some point, Hope has come back and tackle this issue head-on. Perhaps Rafe and Hope could still have a future together. They don’t have a lot of other love interest options, so that boosts their chances of a reunion.
