The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the week of April 2-6 tease that Victor’s (Eric Braeden) health will take a startling turn. His condition will rapidly decline, so Victor’s loved ones will get some crushing news. It looks like there won’t be much else the doctors can do. The Newmans may learn there’s a slim chance Victor will ever wake up.
In Victor’s hospital room, his loved ones will gather around his comatose body. Y&R spoilers say Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Abby (Melissa Ordway) will be distraught as they gaze at their father. Victoria will undoubtedly be around for the devastation, too. This will be rough on all of Victor’s kids.
However, Nikki will likely be hit the hardest. Despite the constant conflict in her marriage, she loves Victor deeply. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Nikki will clutch Victor’s hand as she starts to cry. She’ll tell the rest of the family that they need to make some decisions.
Nikki will run down their difficult options. She may point out that they could pull the plug and let Victor go. Of course, the rest of the gang may be hesitant to take that step. It would be incredibly tough to watch Victor slip away.
They could choose to send Victor to a long-term care facility, but Nikki may not want to do that if there’s no hope. She’ll be forced to make the final call, so she’s sure to be overwhelmed. However, Y&R fans know Victor is practically invincible. This is simply Y&R’s way to keep Victor’s mouth shut for now. The show isn’t ready to expose J.T. as the culprit yet, so Victor has to stay out of it.
While we await Victor’s miraculous recovery, we’ll get some other bombshells. The Young and the Restless spoilers state that Victoria will refuse to marry J.T. – at least she won’t be willing right away. You can bet that J.T. will try to change Victoria’s mind about their rushed nuptials. His anger issues could easily bubble up again if his plan doesn’t work.
Over with Jack (Peter Bergman), he’ll grow increasingly fearful. Jack will declare that the evidence has to exonerate him. He’ll hope for any little clue that could point Paul (Doug Davidson) in another direction. Some unidentified blood from the crime scene could help out with that.
It sounds like some great stuff’s coming up this week. We’ll give you updates as other Y&R details emerge. Stick with the CBS soap and don’t forget to check CDL often for the latest Young and the Restless spoilers, updates and news.
