After Brooke Mueller recently went on a reported drug binge, she was seen at a pawn shop in Inglewood, California, trying to pawn a watch and a stereo. She even showed up to court all glassy-eyed and unsteady on her feet, after checking herself into rehab. But apparently that wasn’t enough for a judge to grant full custody to Charlie Sheen.
Charlie was not winning today in court, obviously. He lost out on his bid for full custody of their twin sons, Max and Bob.
A judge in Los Angeles just allowed Mueller to maintain primary legal and physical custody despite a well-publicized relapse in her crack cocaine addiction.
Despite appearing “unsteady on her feet” and “glassy-eyed” Mueller was all smiles as she left the Stanley Mosk Courthouse.
“No comment,” she told RadarOnline when asked if she was pleased with the decision.
So you can show up half baked to your custody hearing and still walk away with primary custody of your kids? Wow, who knew?!?
I’m of the mind that neither of them are fit to raise children. He’s crazy and she’s a druggie. Give those kids to Denise already, at least then they’d have some stability in their lives! What do you think? Sound off in the comments!
