General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Carly (Laura Wright) will continue to deal with Ferncliff drama. She hates being locked up in this awful environment, but she’s just trying to focus on her therapy and keep her mental strength up. Mary Pat’s (Patricia Bethune) the kind of gal who could break many patients, but not Carly. She’s determined to keep that fighting spirit and resume her old life.
Kevin’s (Jon Lindstrom) been a great confidant and source of support. Now that Jason (Steve Burton) isn’t nearby to comfort Carly, Kevin’s really all she has. That’s why things are about to get a bit tougher for Mrs. Corinthos! There’s a good chance Kevin isn’t really Kevin, so Carly has some difficult blows headed her way.
General Hospital spoilers say Carly will do something to provoke Mary Pat’s fury. Perhaps she’ll get caught with that phone and have to face the consequences. Carly may be stripped of the device and forbidden from interacting with anyone. She could lose her visits with Sonny (Maurice Benard) as well as privileges like hanging out in the common area.
Carly obviously doesn’t want a some criminally insane bestie, but being around other humans is helpful right now. It at least gives her a break from that tiny room she’s trapped in. Soon, Carly’s only interaction may be knocking back and forth with her neighbor. She only knows a little Morse Code from the phone app, so she may mostly listen.
It sounds like Carly will grow increasingly curious about who’s stuck in there. She probably won’t have anything else to do except ponder the mystery. If the opportunity to roam around presents itself, Carly may take it. She might decide to figure out who’s in the room next door to satisfy her curiosity.
Imagine Carly’s surprise if she gains access and learns the real Kevin’s locked up. His twin brother, Ryan (Jon Lindstrom), may be the one posing as the sweet and caring Dr. Collins. Carly will surely help Kevin if she can. Of course, that’d mean playing along with her phony therapist! It’d be fun to watch Carly interact with Ryan while keeping this dangerous GH secret.
Carly would be in a tight spot since she thought “Kevin” was the only one in her corner. If the phone indeed gets confiscated, Carly can’t use that to secure assistance either. Mary Pat may be in on this swap and nobody else on the premises would believe a crazy woman’s ramblings.
What can Carly do? A getaway plan may be her only option. Carly’s dying to get out of Ferncliff anyway, so this would be a good excuse to escape. Jason could always hide Carly once she’s on the outside.
