Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) will spend Christmas Eve with someone surprising. Ciara (Victoria Konefal) and Ben’s romance is already heating up, but she can’t hang out with him every single second. That’s especially true around the holidays. Ben obviously can’t tag along to hang ornaments on the Horton tree or intrude on any other family traditions.
Ciara will take some time to be with the fam, which should please Hope (Kristian Alfonso). The less Ciara is with Ben, the better – at least as far as Hope’s concerned. Ciara will probably squeeze in a gift exchange with Ben eventually, but she’ll focus on her relatives in the meantime. That could leave Ben a bit lonely. He doesn’t have any other loved ones in Salem, so he’ll be drawn to another Christmas misfit.
DOOL fans know that Ben recently scored a job as Stefan’s (Tyler Christopher) chief of security. They’ve formed a strange bond since then. Stefan is a town pariah like Ben, so that’s giving them something to connect over.
Of course, we wouldn’t exactly call Stefan and Ben pals. They’re just a boss and an employee who can tolerate each other. Still, that’s huge when they’re both so hated by almost every else. It looks like Stefan will be dealing with some “Gabby” heartache by the time Christmas Eve rolls around. He may lean on Ben for support.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Abigail (Kate Mansi) will plan to cut ties with Stefan on a new Days of Our Lives episode next week, December 17-21. December 21 will bring a holiday bomb, so Stefan may learn “Gabby” was never back. Abigail may reveal that she wants an annulment or a divorce, which could leave Stefan down in the dumps. He’ll ultimately realize his happy life with “Gabby” isn’t going to happen.
Maybe Stefan will open up about his pain on Christmas Eve or maybe he’ll just want to shut it all out. Either way, Ben will appreciate the company. He might find himself missing Jordan (Chrishell Hartley) as he reflects on the tough memories of Christmases gone by.
Days of Our Lives could be building toward a real friendship for Stefan and Ben. That wouldn’t be such a bad thing since Ben is likable and Stefan needs some help in that department! Perhaps DOOL is hoping Ben’s popularity will rub off on Stefan just a tad. It couldn’t hurt!
