The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that some big news is coming up for Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye). They’ll be stunned when they realize Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) is in the process of adopting a baby. Steffy will want Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) to help her out with the adoption paperwork in the week ahead.
Ridge will get choked up when he hears he’s going to be a grandfather again. He’ll be thrilled for Steffy and Kelly Spencer (Zoe Pennington and Chloe Teperman). Ridge has only ever wanted happiness for his daughter, so he’ll hope this makes all her dreams come true. Steffy will feel confident that the addition of “Phoebe Forrester” (Rosalind Aune and Isabella de Armes) will indeed complete her family.
However, Ridge will have some concerns when he comes down from his Grandpa high. Perhaps Brooke will manage to plant those doubts. She’ll certainly be thinking about her own daughter and how this will affect her. Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) is pretty much teetering on the edge of a breakdown, so Brooke may fear this will send her into a downward spiral.
Of course, Brooke will express concern for Steffy as well. She’ll get why Steffy’s so blissful over this bundle of joy, but she just won’t think all this adds up. Ridge will agree once they consider how fast all this happened. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Brooke and Ridge will debate the whole situation. Part of them will wonder if this adoption is truly legal.
Ridge may decide to get some answers from Dr. Taylor Hayes (Hunter Tylo), who’s promised to keep Dr. Reese Buckingham’s (Wayne Brady) name out of it. Will Taylor crack if Ridge pushes too hard? Time will tell, but Brooke will remain puzzled and fearful. Her main focus will be Hope’s mental state, which B&B spoilers say will rapidly decline thanks to Steffy’s adoption decision.
Steffy is free to make her own choices, but it’s clear that this is the worst possible thing she could do to Hope right now. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Hope will crash in a big way over the next couple months. We’ll give you updates as other B&B details emerge.
