If you get caught saying that Lindsay Lohan has been drinking again, then prepare to get the legal smackdown laid upon you. Now that Lindsay has turned herself in for her home confinement AKA slap on the wrist for her jewelry heist, no one is allowed to say that Lilo has fallen off the wagon.
Her lawyers are on the attack, preparing to take legal action against a website who threatened to run a story that Lindsay has been saucing up. It all started when someone at Gjelina restaurant in Venice, California, told some paparazzi that Lindsay was on the inside Wednesday, drinking two glasses of wine.
Of course, Lindsay is denying the reports, saying that she hadn’t had anything to drink at the eatery. Her people are so miffed, that they are sending the website a cease and desist letter, demanding that they don’t print their report.
