The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Thursday, February 14, tease that Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) will face a tough task. She’s been battling terrible guilt about the night Beth Spencer “died,” but it’s certainly not her fault. Hope lost consciousness due to a medical issue, so Dr. Reese Buckingham (Wayne Brady) used that window of opportunity to swap her precious bundle of joy.
Nevertheless, Hope’s right about one thing. She would still have Beth if she’d been awake for the baby’s birth. Hope will keep wrestling with the events on Catalina Island, but all her memory gaps will leave her frustrated. She can’t get closure if she doesn’t know all the details of that night, so she’ll decide to relive the most painful experience of her life.
Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) may warn Hope not to push herself too hard. She’s in a fragile state, so any additional grief could send her over the edge. However, Hope will feel like this is something she has to do. She’ll believe it’ll help in the long run. If Hope can get a firm grip on what really went down, she’ll think she can finally start to heal from this loss and move on.
Of course, Hope has no idea that Beth was switched with another woman’s dead baby. She only knows what Reese has told her, so her attempt to remember more could prove enlightening. Will Hope recall something significant? Perhaps Hope will remember the faint cry of her newborn. She might even remember catching a glimpse of an alive Beth as Reese hurried her out.
Regardless, Hope may have had a few moments of consciousness. Those moments could prove crucial as she seeks the truth about that night. Meanwhile, B&B spoilers say Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes) will want the whole truth as well. Florence “Flo” Fulton (Katrina Bowden) just blurted out that Reese switched the babies, so a furious Zoe will demand more information.
Flo won’t spill all the details, but Zoe will plan to force the rest out of her dad. She’ll call Reese and insist that he’s going to start talking NOW. By the time their conversation concludes, Zoe may realize Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) was given Hope Spencer’s (Annika Noelle) daughter. She’ll intend on blowing the lid off this secret, but Reese will be desperate to change her mind.
Over with Katie Forrester (Heather Tom), her shock over Thorne Forrester’s (Ingo Rademacher) annulment papers will turn to rage. Katie will blast Thorne for destroying the family they’ve built and the future they were creating. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say she’ll settle down soon enough, but it’ll be good for Katie to get everything off her chest.
Finally, Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will get some sweet Valentine’s Day scenes.
