General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Thursday, May 9, tease that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will want Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) to stand down. Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Lexi Ainsworth) is no longer under Shiloh Archer’s (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) control, so Sam’s off the hook as far as Jason’s concerned. He’ll think they can find another way to get the pledge back, but Sam won’t bail on this mission.
Sam has Shiloh right where she wants him, so she’ll plan to take him down for good. There’s no reason to let Shiloh keep tormenting young women and anyone else who buys his philosophies. Jason will think it’s too dangerous, but Sam will insist on moving forward with her plot. It seems they’ll just have to agree to disagree on this.
At the community house, Shiloh will be glad his guest came. Since Dr. Kim Nero (Tamara Braun) just called to set up a meeting, it’ll probably be her who gets a warm welcome. Kim suggested Oscar Nero (Garren Stitt) might’ve left some of his stuff behind. She may also want to ask Shiloh about Oscar’s time there. Memories and mementos are all Kim has now, so she’ll be desperate for any Oscar reminders.
Of course, Kim’s heading down a dangerous path here. Let’s hope Drew Cain (Billy Miller) will realize it before Kim gets in too deep! Meanwhile, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will continue his discussion with Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen). She admitted “Wiley Cooper-Jones” is her son, but she’ll fill Chase in on some details soon enough. Willow will point out that Shiloh never agreed to this adoption.
Chase won’t want Willow to worry about Shiloh making a mess of things. He may hope they can keep the secret under wraps, but he’ll undoubtedly be wrong about that. Over with Kristina, she’ll want to dash off for a bit. Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will fear the worst when she realizes Kristina’s leaving home, but she’ll get some reassurance. Kristina’s going out, not moving out.
Alexis will just have to trust that Kristina will come back and stay strong when it comes to Shiloh. She doesn’t need that toxic man in her life. Next, Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes) will hope to pry the truth out of Julian Jerome (William deVry). He’ll feel like Brad’s keeping secrets – perhaps ones that Julian’s in the loop on. Lucas will insist that Julian needs to tell him what’s up, but Julian will naturally be hesitant.
Brad swapped his deceased baby with Nelle Benson’s (Chloe Lanier) that fateful night, but he told Julian it was a random woman. Although Julian can’t admit the baby switch, he’ll have to appease Lucas somehow. Elsewhere, Mike Corbin (Max Gail) will gush about how Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) is going to be a father. He’ll be mixed up since Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is the one with a baby on the way.
Mike will forget this conversation in 10 minutes, so Michael might as well just agree with him. Still, it may sting a bit since Michael lost his little one. He has no clue that a perfectly fine Jonah Corinthos is his own godson! General Hospital spoilers say that’ll be quite the revelation down the road.
At GH, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will shut down Robert Scorpio’s (Tristan Rogers) attempt to dig into her sister’s past. Alex Devane Marick (Finola Hughes) is likely Peter August’s (Wes Ramsey) mother, but Anna won’t want the proof. She’d rather keep their bond intact, so she’ll push Robert to back off.
