General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Thursday, July 25, tease that some interesting developments are ahead in Port Charles. Before we get to the latest shockers, we have a programming note to pass along. Due to testimony coverage, Wednesday’s episode has been bumped to Thursday in the U.S. GH viewers in Canada will get a repeat, so just be aware of what’s happening in your neck of the woods.
Now for all the drama happening in PC! First, it’ll be a VERY exciting day for Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard). They’ll start out by opening up other people, which will set the stage for some “Chillow” confessions. Chase will complain about the walls his brother has up, so Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will tell him all about Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig).
General Hospital spoilers Finn will talk about Hayden getting him through some tough times. He’ll credit Hayden with helping him overcome his addiction and teaching him how to love again. Finn will mention Hayden’s pregnancy, but he’ll let Chase know that the baby didn’t make it. By the end of their conversation, Chase will indeed feel closer to his big bro.
Meanwhile, Willow will tell Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) that she still misses her baby boy. However, she’ll think Michael’s suffered far worse. Willow will suggest she’s at peace since she knows “Wiley Cooper-Jones” is happy and healthy with his adoptive family. Later, the topic of kids will come up for Chase and Willow. He’ll mention it, and they’ll both agree they’d like to have children someday.
When Willow acts puzzled, Chase will insist these are the kind of things a couple should discuss at this stage. He’ll profess his love for Willow, but he’ll note that she doesn’t have to say it back. Fortunately, Willow will feel the same way. She’ll tell Chase she loves him as well, so they’ll share some passionate kisses.
Back with Michael, he’ll ignore Nelle Benson’s (Chloe Lanier) attempt to get in touch. Michael will tell Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) that Nelle’s just trying to mess with him due to what would’ve been Jonah’s first birthday. He won’t accept the charges for Nelle’s collect call, but she won’t give up. Nelle will indeed score a meeting with Michael before long.
Jason will also pay Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) a visit and sense that she’s upset. She’ll admit her baby has spina bifida, but she doesn’t know how severe it is yet. Jason will console Carly as she prepares for her appointment at GH. Before Sonny meets up with Carly, he’ll have a conversation with Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers). They’ll go through several subjects, including Dev Cerci (Ashton Arbab).
Robert will point out that Sonny has put him in a difficult position now that he’s DA. They’ll eventually move past that and touch on Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) issues. Robert will hate how everything went down with Dante, but he’ll be hopeful about locking Shiloh Archer (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) up for good.
However, Robert’s most important task on Thursday will be passing along info to Finn. He’ll reveal a crucial Cassandra James (Jessica Tuck) bombshell that’ll intrigue many fans. Robert will admit that Cassandra was caught on surveillance with a mystery man. A positive ID couldn’t be made, but Robert will think anything related to Cassandra spells trouble. He’ll advise Finn to steer clear of Cassandra since she’s dangerous and has a serious grudge against him.
Over with Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), they’ll make dinner plans. Jax will want to take Nina and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) to dinner, but Nina will suggest having it at Wyndemere. That’ll suit Jax just fine – especially since he intends to do some snooping. He’ll get on the phone after this chat and suggest that he’ll be able to search the place.
Back with Sonny and Carly, their ultrasound results will bring concerns. The doctor will note that the baby appears to have spina bifida meningocele. She’ll explain that the possibility of serious nerve damage during birth is less likely, but there could still be many other complications. The doc will add that the baby will need surgery after Carly’s C-section within two to 48 hours.
Finally, Cameron Webber (William Lipton) will admit to Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) that he took the locks off the footbridge. He’ll be sorry since he had no idea one of them belonged to Joss and Oscar Nero Quartermaine (Garren Stitt). Cam will decide to make things right with Dev’s help, so he’ll go dumpster diving and find the lock for Josslyn.
Once Cameron returns the memento to Josslyn, she’ll embrace him and offer her deep gratitude.
