The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) will struggle to save their marriage. Ridge holds Brooke responsible for Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) cliff fall, but she feels she shouldn’t be blamed for an accident. Brooke wasn’t trying to shove Thomas to his death, but that’s just hard for Ridge to accept right now.
Unfortunately, Brooke and Ridge’s issues are only going to get worse. No matter what Thomas claims after he awakens, the “Bridge” tension will linger. They’ll both be in dark places as they try to make sense of their issues and find a way forward. Unfortunately, Ridge and Brooke may fear that’s impossible. Their marriage will be hanging by a thread, which could snap thanks to their next moves.
During the week of September 2-6, Brooke will be dealing with an emotional nightmare. She’ll get some support from Bill Spencer (Don Diamont), which could spell trouble. Will Ridge find out Brooke’s been leaning on Bill? Could that lead him to do a little leaning of his own – and perhaps a whole lot more?
The week of September 16-20 could bring a dangerous decision for Ridge. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Ridge and another woman will spend the night together. Of course, we’ll acknowledge the possibility that B&B could be trying to trick fans. If Ridge spends the night at Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) place and they bond over their problems, that’d be an innocent explanation.
However, it’s equally possible Ridge will surrender to temptation with a lovely lady besides his wife. Will Ridge cheat on Brooke? Who could he end up in bed with? Many B&B viewers thought Ridge and Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) had hot chemistry, but the show hasn’t offered any hints that’d point toward to them getting busy soon. Maybe we should explore other options.
Katie Logan (Heather Tom) would also be an odd choice despite the “Brill” bonding news. She’s committed to Bill and trusts him for the time being. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Katie will be wrapped up in other things that week, so she may not be the ideal candidate.
It’d be easy for Ridge to fall back into bed with Taylor Hayes (Hunter Tylo), but his ex isn’t around. She wasn’t there for the baby swap blowup and is missing Thomas’ latest ordeal, so it’s doubtful Taylor will appear just to sleep with Ridge.
If Ridge is going to sleep with someone on canvas at the moment, Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards) would be an intriguing pick. At least it’d be someone different! Although Ridge hates Shauna for her silence on the baby switch, temptation and attraction can make people do strange things.
Just look what happened between Ridge and Quinn. They couldn’t fight it, and Ridge may not be able to resist Shauna under the right circumstances. It could be hate sex on Ridge’s end that he instantly regrets in the morning.
It seems Ridge may be a bit conflicted after an upcoming chat with Florence “Flo” Fulton (Katrina Bowden), so some story shifts are brewing. We certainly can’t ignore a Shauna and Ridge hookup possibility – if not during the week of September 16-20, then down the road!
