Brooke Mueller is not playing around when it comes to getting her child support money from ex-husband, Charlie Sheen. So much, in fact, that she’s garnishing his paycheck from Warner Brothers, before he even sees it.
Brooke’s attorneys just sent legal papers over to studio last Friday, demanding that they withhold $55,000 per month from his paychecks. Of course Charlie isn’t behind on his child support payments to Brooke, but she’s trying to take this precaution in case he gets low on funds.
Warner Brothers has to comply, because a judge signed the order. I wonder if she’s also trying to make him pay the attorney’s fees for having the garnishment drawn up and served. Our guess is yes…Brooke is classy like that.
I guess this is one way to handle touchy affairs with ex-spouses you no longer get along with. Just have your team of lawyers handle your business and send your ex the bill. Nice one.
