Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Lani Price (Sal Stowers) may find the best way to get even. Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) has proven to be a good friend to Lani and has supported her mission to get her life back. However, it’s clear Kristen’s got her own problems to contend with. She has to focus on reclaiming her own happiness, so Lani can’t count on Kristen to pull off much for her.
JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss) will do his best to help Lani, but that plan may not work out either. After Lani’s confession, JJ will try to disable the app that controls Julie Williams’ (Susan Seaforth Hayes) pacemaker. The key word there is “try.” That’s usually a red flag in Days spoilers that indicates someone will fail.
Nevertheless, Lani won’t give up – especially once Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) makes a bold move. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Eli will find himself freaked out over his lingering feelings for Lani. He won’t know how to handle what’s going on in his heart, so he’ll panic and propose to Gabi.
Of course, Eli will seem calm enough on the surface, but he’ll be a total mess on the inside. Despite his fury over the heartbreak he endured, Eli still loves Lani. Part of him will still be longing for Lani, and Lani certainly still wants Eli. It’s just a matter of eliminating Gabi’s leverage and finally shutting this scheme down.
Will Lani take matters into her own hands and get the job done? One way or another, Gabi will likely find herself in a terrible position on her wedding day. If DOOL lets Gabi and Eli make it to the altar, Lani will hopefully have the power back by then.
There are several strategies Lani could use to deal with Gabi – and all of them would involve some vengeful fun.
It’s possible Lani will do what she should’ve done from day one: tell Eli the truth! These are two people with backgrounds in law enforcement. They’ve taken down far worse criminals than Gabi, so it’s never made sense for Lani to cower in fear. She needs to be honest with Eli and get his help in taking Gabi down.
It’s also possible Lani will want Gabi to go through what she went through. She may force Gabi to dump Eli at the altar before ultimately revealing the whole ugly story. Then again, Lani could save her bombshell for the objections portion of the ceremony. Regardless, Lani definitely won’t be forever holding her peace!
No matter how you slice it, this wedding is doomed. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Lani will make sure it’s derailed – whether she does it on her own or with some backup.
