The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) will continue to battle it out with her latest rivals. Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) hates Brooke’s guts, so she may continue to be a problem. There doesn’t seem like any path to peace for Brooke and Quinn at this point.
That’s especially true if Brooke and Ridge Forrester’s (Thorsten Kaye) reunion doesn’t pan out. Brooke believes she can get her marriage on solid ground again, but can she really? There’s been a ton of damage thanks to everything Brooke and Ridge have been up against over the last several months.
Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) was a huge issue that Ridge and Brooke struggled to get past. Of course, Brooke was ultimately proven right about Thomas still being a manipulator. Ridge accepted that and was poised to get his future with Brooke back on track until her betrayal with Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) blew things up.
Now Ridge is facing quite a predicament. He can’t trust Brooke and isn’t sure if their romance is worth all this effort anymore. Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards) is taking herself out of the equation for now, but she’ll rejoin the action at some point – most likely due to Flo Fulton’s (Katrina Bowden) drama with Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope).
However, Shauna may not have what it takes to compete with Ridge and Brooke’s history. Neither Quinn nor Shauna are bringing quite the B&B rivalry fans want. That’s why this is an excellent time to think about getting Taylor Hayes (Hunter Tylo) back in the mix.
Taylor is a truly worthy opponent for Brooke, so she could return to reignite this feud and deliver some great drama. Ridge certainly has history with Taylor as well, and they also share children together – children who have been through a lot. It’s easy to imagine Ridge and Taylor bonding again over Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) attempt to get his life back on track.
Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) may even have buried pain she hasn’t been addressing. Between losing “Phoebe Forrester” aka Beth Spencer (River Davidson and Madeline Valdez) and letting Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) go, Steffy could use her mom to lean on.
If Taylor grew concerned about any feelings Steffy’s been bottling up, that’d be another way for Taylor and Ridge to connect. They could all become a strong family unit that turns Brooke into a jealous outsider. The Bold and the Beautiful would have a clear path to setting up this Taylor and Brooke war once more.
