General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Monday, May 4, teases that Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will go against Kristina Corinthos-Davis’ (Lexi Ainsworth) advice. Kristina argued that Molly Lansing-Davis’ (Haley Pullos) confession would be rather selfish. Since Molly would mostly be relieving her own guilt in Kristina’s opinion, she doesn’t see any reason for her sister to spread this hookup news.
However, there are actually some very good reasons – starting with the fact that Molly’s such a mess. Sam may start to wonder if Molly can really live like this. If keeping this secret is going to destroy Molly and derail her relationship anyway, Sam will think she should come clean.
She’ll suggest Molly should tell TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) the truth since there were extenuating circumstances. Molly’s cheating wasn’t technically cheating depending on how you want to look at it.
Although Molly didn’t have confirmation on a breakup, she thought TJ was done with her. Molly’s kicking herself for not having more faith in TJ, which may be part of why she doesn’t want to hurt him with this information.
Regardless, Molly will be pretty annoyed on Monday. Sam’s getting a bit bossy when it comes to Molly’s love life and how she should handle things. Molly’s an adult, so she may remind Sam that she gets to decide how to proceed.
If that means keeping this hookup with Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) under wraps, then that’s Molly’s choice.
Unfortunately, GH fans know secrets never stay buried for long in Port Charles! That’s especially true in this case since Brando’s decided to remain in PC. It’ll bring the opportunity for more awkward encounters and could tip TJ off to trouble.
Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will get updates from Brando in Monday’s episode. Brando will note that he’s decided to stay, so Jason will be apprehensive. General Hospital viewers will recall that Jason was suspicious of Brando from the get-go.
Brando may have saved Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright), but that doesn’t mean he’s good at the core – at least that’s how Jason feels about it.
There are undoubtedly some things about himself that Brando hasn’t revealed yet, so Jason will want to keep an eye on this guy! Brando will also argue that Sam’s at fault on Monday, so he may talk to Jason about that faceoff they had. Sam delivered plenty of threats, but Brando may contend that he never wanted any trouble.
Meanwhile, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will bring someone up to speed over the phone. She’ll talk about her deception at Neil Byrne’s (Joe Flanigan) hearing, which has been exposed. Neil’s medical license was revoked, and Alexis is about to go before the New York Bar Association to explain her perjury.
General Hospital spoilers say Alexis will plan to be completely honest this time and hope for the best. Although Alexis can’t predict how all this will turn out, she’ll hope she can keep her career intact. Alexis’ future is at stake!
At Charlie’s Pub, Neil will be on a mission to make Julian Jerome (William deVry) pay. After Neil storms in the bar, he’ll lunge at Julian and call him a “bastard.” Neil will lash out over his own troubles as well as the drama Alexis is facing. Julian won’t think Neil has anyone to blame but himself, but the one thing they can agree on is Alexis doesn’t deserve this.
Nevertheless, Julian’s temper will flare over Neil’s assault, so expect some serious conflict. Over with Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma), they’ll tackle more conflict as well.
A letter from Spencer Cassadine (Nicolas Bechtel) will bring a tough dilemma for Nikolas. Spencer will only let Nik back in his life if his father divorces Ava.
Once Ava hears about Spencer’s demand, she’ll be delighted. Ava will encourage Nikolas to pack his bags and go be with his son. Naturally, Ava will want the Cassadine fortune and Wyndmere! She’ll stand her ground on that, so Nikolas will determine that he has to find a way to keep his wealth AND win back Spencer’s love.
Finally, Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) will think back on his dark history and worry that he’ll never shake it. After Franco confides in Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst), she may insist that’s not true. There are plenty of people who see the new-and-improved Franco when they look at him – including Liz and her boys.
Even so, Franco will feel like his past is inescapable in some ways. He’ll be down in the dumps and so will Ava after her fight with Nikolas. GH spoilers say Franco and Ava will support each other later in the week, so stay tuned.
