Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) will find himself facing a familiar dilemma when Orpheus (George DelHoyo) snatches David Ridgeway (Kyler Ends) once again. You’d think Rafe would be a bit more careful since David was already kidnapped by Evan Frears aka Christian Maddox (Brock Kelly), who roped his father into helping him hide the kid.
It took some serious work to track David down, and now Rafe will have to do it all over again. The stakes will be even higher this time since Orpheus is running the show. At least Rafe knew Evan was capable of caring for David.
Evan did a great job of serving as David’s nanny until all his dark secrets started spilling. Orpheus, on the other hand, is a menace who can’t give David the love and guidance he needs. It’d doubtful Orpheus would ever hurt his own grandson, but Rafe can’t be sure of that. Orpheus is a villain who isn’t equipped with the right nurturing emotions to raise a child.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Rafe will be searching for David while Marlena Evans’ (Deidre Hall) search is going on. Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) and Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) will help Marlena out with that during the week of May 18-22.
Orpheus will insist that Marlena had better pay up if she ever wants to see John alive again, but Steve will feel like John’s a dead man – ransom or no ransom. John is Orpheus’ worst enemy, and this DOOL baddie has an opportunity to finally finish him off. Why would a guy like Orpheus just let John go?
Sending Orpheus a full payment might be a death sentence for John. Once Orpheus gets what he wants, he’ll have no use for his nemesis. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Steve will think some sort of intervention has to happen, so he’ll do his part.
The week of May 25-29 will bring a tense meeting for Orpheus, Marlena and Steve. They’ll try to hash this out and reach a deal, but things could head south quickly. That’s especially true since Rafe will soon enter the mix.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Rafe will face a gunshot wound that same week, so Orpheus may not appreciate David’s wannabe adoptive dad showing up. It seems likely that Orpheus will be the one who pumps this bullet in Rafe. David’s rescue should bring some truly dangerous chaos.
Rafe’s life will probably be in danger as he’s rushed to the hospital once he gets shot, so DOOL fans should stand by for hot drama. As other Days news and updates emerge, we’ll fill you in.
