General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Tuesday, May 19, tease that Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) will catch up with Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) at Charlie’s Pub. They’ll likely discuss Franco’s recent issues with Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) before the topic of Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) comes up. Scott will insist that he wouldn’t trust “the Prince Cassadine” when it comes to Liz, so that may give Franco something to mull over.
Meanwhile, Nikolas and Liz will continue to strengthen their bond, but is there a chance they’ll move beyond the boundaries of friendship? Time will tell, but Liz will appreciate having someone in her corner for now.
GH spoilers also point to Liz sharing a moment of honesty with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) on Tuesday. Liz will tell Jason the truth, so we’ll see how Jason responds.
At Crimson, Nelle Jerome (Chloe Lanier) will show up and give Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) updates on her new marriage. Naturally, Nina will wonder how Nelle got Julian Jerome (William deVry) to agree to this. Nella may beat around the bush, but Nina’s surely going to know that blackmail was involved.
Will that rev up Nina’s concerns about the kind of mother Nelle would be to Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson)? If so, Nelle could always argue that she’s simply willing to do whatever’s necessary for her child.
That’s something Nina can understand as a mom who’s longing for her own daughter and someone with strong maternal instincts.
General Hospital spoilers say Nelle will hope she can count on Nina to back her up in court. It’s almost time for Nina to make a decision about whether she’ll take the stand, and it looks like she’ll indeed testify.
The question is: Will Nina support Nelle or Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell)? It’ll be a tough call, but there’s a good chance the half-heart pendant Nelle’s been holding will come into play soon.
Next, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will get prepped for her own time on the stand. Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) won’t want Carly losing in court, which could certainly hurt Michael’s case. It’s important to stay calm and present a united front for Wiley’s sake.
Until then, Carly will take the opportunity to hurl some threats at the Metro Court. During the meal break, Carly will warn Martin Gray (Michael E. Knight) about using Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) against Michael. Carly will point out that it’ll be Martin’s funeral if he chooses that strategy, so Martin will have to keep that in mind!
Back with Sonny, he’ll toss around some threats of his own. Sonny just congratulated Julian on marrying one of the few people he hates more than Julian! After Jason hears the marriage news and joins this tense discussion, Sonny will insist Julian should do what needs to be done.
It sounds like Sonny will expect Julian to come clean about the dirt Nelle has on him and expose her manipulation to the judge.
Since Julian won’t be willing to do that, he may have a target on his back from now on! General Hospital spoilers say some great drama’s coming up, so GH fans will want to stay tuned. CDL will have lots of other terrific General Hospital spoilers, updates and news to pass along.
