Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that “Stabi” fans are eager to see Gabi DiMera (Camila Banus) reunited with her true love. DOOL fans know Gabi’s been through a lot since she lost Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash). Gabi was crushed after Stefan died, so she threw all her energy behind a revenge plot on Lani Price (Sal Stowers).
That revenge plot ultimately backfired, which forced Gabi to once again focus on her grief. Gabi lost Gabi Chic next, but a glimmer of hope reentered her life when Jake Lambert (Brandon Barash) surfaced in Salem. Unfortunately, Gabi can’t get Jake to admit that he’s Stefan!
Now Gabi’s been wrongfully arrested and will soon go on trial. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Gabi will also be kidnapped during the week of June 1-5, so that’ll be one more hurdle on the road back to “Stabi.”
At the end of this mess, Jake should either face a memory flood or perhaps confess he’s been Stefan all along. All Gabi wants is to get their future back on track, so she should be able to move past her anger – even if Stefan’s been lying to her. If Stefan’s been deceiving Gabi, it’s only for her own protection.
Stefan would never do something like that just to be cruel, so there has to be a deeper reason. With that in mind, there’s hope for Gabi and Stefan’s future. There are going to be more obstacles along the way, but many Days viewers are hoping it’ll be worth it in the end.
If Jake indeed turns out to be Stefan, should DOOL reunite them in style? Are you hoping for another proposal and a better wedding than they got the first time around? Gabi was playing Stefan when she originally married him, and it was just a small, rushed ceremony based on DiMera Enterprises control anyway.
Would you like to see Stefan and Gabi do it up right next time? It’d be fun to see Stefan propose again and push for another wedding. It’d really be more of a vow renewal, but Stefan and Gabi deserve a do-over – particularly after this nightmare Gabi’s gone through to get him back!
