General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, August 27, tease that Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will seemingly give Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) another chance to come clean.
Curtis can tell Jordan’s likely hiding something. He’ll tell Jordan that he doesn’t want any secrets between them, but Jordan’s obviously keeping a big one since she knows Marcus Taggert (Real Andrews) faked his death.
It doesn’t look like Jordan will confess right now, which may be a problem since Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) are in the loop.
In the meantime, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will stay positive about something. She might be hopeful about Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Briana Lane) recovery or perhaps that Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) will thaw toward Curtis.
Curtis will blame himself on Thursday, so he may think he could’ve handled things better. There may also be lingering regrets about only being able to save Trina, not Taggert. Speaking of Trina, she’ll have an enlightening conversation with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) at Kelly’s on Thursday.
Joss will note that the only person Cameron Webber (William Lipton) acts different around is Trina. General Hospital spoilers say Josslyn will confess something, so it could be that she thinks Cam has feelings for Trina – or it could be that Joss has feelings herself!
Josslyn’s definitely starting to view Cameron as more than a friend, but she’s getting a more than friendly vibe from Cam and Trina, too. At the safehouse, Sonny will warn Taggert there’s a lot in play here that he might not even be aware of.
Taggert may push Sonny and Jason to have his back anyway – especially when it comes to Trina, who can’t know he survived.
The goal of this faked death scheme was to protect Taggert as well as those closest to him. Sonny and Jason won’t like the fact that they were duped, but they surely won’t do anything that could put Taggert’s life in danger again – at least not on purpose.
At GH, Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) will still feel guilty over his recent behavior. Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) will suggest it’s not too late, so she may give Ned another pep talk about making things right with Brook Lynn.
Brook Lynn seemed appreciative of Ned’s love reminder and apology. Still, the Quartermaine family is complicated – and we’ll indeed see more complications down the road. Valentin Cassadine (James Scott) has control of ELQ and that’ll lead to more surprises for the Quartermaine clan.
For now, let’s talk about an epic showdown that’s brewing. Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will tell Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) that Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) found Nelle Benson Jerome (Chloe Lanier). That should send Jax off to speak with Jordan and hopefully get Michael some backup.
Until then, Michael will make his way to Nelle’s location, which he was able to figure out through the tracker app on Nelle’s phone. Nelle’s just now realizing her mistake, but it’s too late to stop Michael from barging in. Michael will arrive on Thursday’s episode and demand some answers.
“Where is he?! Where’s my son?!” Michael shouts as he shakes Nelle in the preview clip. Will Nelle have done something with Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson) by then? Michael will still have some anxiety by the time Friday rolls around, so this may not be over just yet.
