General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Laura Wright (Carly Corinthos) is sporting a new look thanks to a recent haircut. Earlier this week, Wright gave fans a hint about the change that was brewing. On September 1, the GH actress posted a GIF of someone chopping off a significant amount of hair and tweeted, “Tomorrow!!!!”
Wright added a couple of flushed face emojis along with a folded hands emoji – seemingly praying it would turn out OK! Bad haircuts can be a nightmare, so going to the salon can certainly bring some anxiety.
Fortunately, there was no need to worry in Wright’s case. Her haircut turned out beautifully – and you can see for yourself since she posted the amazing results in another tweet on September 3. Wright put the pic up and gave it her approval by saying, “Yesssss”
It didn’t take long for plenty of General Hospital viewers to give it the thumbs-up. “Super cute and sassy!!!” one GH fan insisted. “You look Beautiful no matter how you wear your hair, short or long you always look amazing!!!” “I love your new haircut! It looks absolutely gorgeous on you! Xoxo,” another fan tweeted. “Wow. Love it!!! Beautiful change for you,” one more Twitter user said.
Of course, it’s not like Wright went wild with this new look. When Wright’s haircut hits the air, Carly will still look like Carly! Wright just went a little shorter to change it up.
It looks fabulous and will no doubt look just as good once this haircut makes its debut in Port Charles. There’s no word on exactly when that’ll be, but you’ll know it when you see it!
As for what’s ahead on the ABC soap, General Hospital spoilers say Carly will continue to deal with the horrible secret she’s keeping with Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher).
That’s sure to drive the drama in the coming months – and so will Mike Corbin’s (Max Gail) imminent death. Carly will have to give Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) her love and be his rock when she needs him most.
On a lighter note, look for Brick (Stephen A. Smith) to flirt with Carly over drinks during the week of September 7-11. There’s a ton of fun stuff coming up on GH, so we’ll give you updates as other news emerges.
