General Hospital Spoilers: Wednesday, October 7 Recap - Ned Shows Olivia Guilty Conscience - Jason Using Britt For Cyrus Takedown

General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Wednesday, October 7, reveal that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) showed up at the hospital, and Epiphany Johnson (Sonya Eddy) immediately took out her frustrations out on him.

Epiphany then apologized, saying that she was still adjusting to her new administrative role and to Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) being chief of staff.

Britt approached and bickered with Epiphany a bit, and Jason complained that Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) was calling the shots at the hospital. Jason then wondered if Britt would give him the all-clear exam that he has been needing since his motorcycle accident.

Epiphany questioned what Jason was doing, and privately Jason told Epiphany that he needed to find out if Britt was who Cyrus thinks she is.

Jason and Britt went into an exam room together, and Jason tried to get a read on Britt. Jason asked Britt why she wanted to work for Cyrus after trying so hard to get out from under her father’s grasp.

Britt didn’t really answer Jason and just fired back questions. After the exam, Jason told Epiphany privately that she should lay low, and that Britt could be the key to taking Cyrus down.

Elsewhere in the hospital, Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) ran into Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). Valentin thought that Sasha looked tired, and he grumped that Sasha needed to be on her game tomorrow at Deception. Sasha lashed out in response, and Valentin thought that Sasha was upset for having pushed Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) away.

Sasha admitted that it was true, and that she was extremely lonely since she split from Michael. Valentin suggested that Sasha get some sleep and throw herself into her work. “That’s small consolation, but it’s all we’ve got,” Valentin said.

At the Metro Court, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) gazed at a photo on his phone of himself and Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) as he rode the elevator.

Meanwhile, in the dining room, Jackie Templeton (Kim Delaney) and Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) talked, when suddenly Jackie kneed Robert in the groin. Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) rushed up and met Jackie, who said that was for Robert choosing Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) over her.

Off to the side, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) looked horrified, and Anna tried to introduce Jackie to Finn, but then Chase came off the elevator and said, “Mom?”

Turns out, Jackie is Chase’s mom, and Anna decided to get Robert off to the bar and away from the scene so that Finn could comprehend what was going on.

Jackie wondered where Willow was, and Finn stepped in and said that he and Chase were having a brother’s night, covering for Chase. After some more talking, Jackie established that she was staying in Port Charles indefinitely on a story, and Finn looked mortified.

Jackie walked away, and Chase thanked Finn for covering for him regarding Willow.

At the Quartermaine mansion, Willow told Michael that there were some issues that they needed to clarify, just as Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) walked in.

Monica learned that Willow was going to adopt Wiley Quartermaine Corinthos (Theo and Erik Olson), and she quipped that she thought that perhaps Willow and Michael would make their marriage official.

After Monica stepped out, Willow tiptoed around the issue, saying that she and Michael couldn’t stay in this “in between” place, and Michael wondered if that meant that Willow wanted a divorce.

Willow said that they could take some time to decide, and Michael didn’t think that he was ready for a divorce. Willow seemed to be relieved to hear this, and together they vowed to support each other through Mike Corbin’s (Max Gail) funeral.

In another area of the Q mansion, Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) and Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) continued their conversation. Olivia insisted that she didn’t sleep with Robert, saying that she could never cheat on Ned.

Olivia explained the whole story about going to see Dante Falconeri (Dominick Zamprogna) and going to Monte Carlo with Robert.

Ned felt horribly guilty as Olivia was going on about how they could make their marriage work and about how she’d never cheat on him. Ned nearly told Olivia that he had cheated with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), but he stopped short, saying that all that matters is the future.

Ned and Olivia hugged, but Ned still felt guilty.

At Charlie’s Pub, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Briana Lane) and Amy Driscoll (Risa Dorken) talked. Brook Lynn asked Amy to sing for her – just one song for the voice of Deception’s promotional campaign. Amy refused, saying it wasn’t a good idea, and she stepped away.

Soon, Monica came in and talked with Brook Lynn, saying that she should return to the Q mansion.

Brook Lynn told Monica that she needed to stand on her own two feet. “As the voice of Deception?” Monica asked. Amy overheard this exchange from another table.

Monica also mentioned during the conversation that Willow had agreed to adopt Wiley. Sasha overheard from the bar. After Monica left, Amy returned to Brook Lynn to say that she had changed her mind and that she’d sing for Brook Lynn.

Later, outside the pub, Sasha texted Chase saying that Willow was adopting Wiley, and she took a packet of drugs out of her purse and gazed at it.

Back at the Metro Court, Chase and Finn talked alone, and Finn encouraged Chase to tell his mom that things didn’t work out with Willow. Finn then asked Chase to be his best man at the wedding, which thrilled Chase.

Chase got Sasha’s text about Willow adopting Wiley, and he mentioned it to Finn, who still thought that Willow deserved to know the truth.

Over at the bar, Anna and Robert talked about Jackie being Finn’s stepmother. Anna said that she didn’t know until now. Robert wondered why things were so difficult between Finn and Jackie, but Anna said that she didn’t know and didn’t want to pry with Finn.

Valentin walked in, and Anna stepped aside to talk with him. Valentin shared that he found out that Alex Devane (Finola Hughes) wants Anna dead, and that the meeting in Berlin had been a deadly ambush.

Valentin pressed for why Alex wants Anna dead now, but Anna wouldn’t cough up any information. Valentin agreed to keep helping Anna, and Anna said that they needed to lure Alex to Port Charles.

Finally, Jackie approached Robert at the bar, and they made up. Robert said that he was sorry for what happened years ago, and Jackie said it meant a lot to hear Robert say that. Jackie was sorry to hear about Holly’s passing, and Jackie and Robert toasted.
