General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Thursday, November 5, teases that Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will freak over Jordan Ashford’s (Briana Nicole Henry) sudden health crisis. At GH, Jordan passed out and dropped to the floor while speaking with Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober), so it’s easy to see why Curtis will be so panicked.
It’s possible this medical crisis is legit, but it’s probably just Jordan’s scheme with Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr). Portia offered backup right before this incident, so it felt like a plot was brewing. Duping Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) through Jordan’s fake health scare may be how Portia helps.
Curtis will demand to know what Cyrus did to Jordan, but Cyrus will assure Curtis his hands are clean. That’ll leave Curtis to seek info from Portia, who’ll reveal Jordan brought her into the secret circle.
Curtis won’t be happy about the risk to Portia and even Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla), but Portia will feel confident she can be an asset to their Cyrus takedown plan.
Next, Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) will offer a lethal opportunity to Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). Since Franco is facing the return of his brain tumor, he knows it’s possible he’ll head down the same sinister path. Franco will be proactive by pushing Jason to kill him, so Jason’s going to wonder what’s really going on.
Of course, Franco surely won’t mean right this minute. He may want to wait until the first real signs of danger – and he may count on Jason to know when exactly to pull the trigger. Then again, Franco may feel like this needs to happen sooner rather than later. He can’t trust himself anymore, so that’s concerning to Franco.
Franco should give Jason the tumor recurrence news and insist this is the best way to protect the “Friz” family. Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) doesn’t know what’s up, so that’s bound to leave Jason worried.
All of this will be pretty overwhelming for Jason, but Franco will think this could be the deadly do-over Jason’s always wanted.
As for Elizabeth, she’ll relax with Epiphany Johnson (Sonya Eddy) and Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) back at home. There’ll be drinks and a good time all things considered.
It looks like Epiphany will shake off her relationship issues and focus on a fresh start. She’ll raise a glass with her friends, but Terry may be uneasy about the secret she’s keeping from “Biz.”
Franco isn’t ready to confess about his brain tumor coming back, so Terry may feel guilty as Liz gushes about her own future with Franco. It’s a future that may not happen since Terry fears this tumor is inoperable. Fortunately, General Hospital spoilers suggest there’s more to this story than meets the eye, so stay tuned.
Meanwhile, Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) will make his way over to Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) house, but there’ll be no Anna in sight. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) was confused since “Anna” opted out of family dinner plans to talk to Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), but the place was empty upon Finn’s return.
Robert will get updates and ponder this puzzle with Finn, who was actually speaking to Alex Devane Marick (Finola Hughes) on the phone. Once Robert and Finn put their heads together, they may figure out there’s been a switcheroo.
Robert will rush to track Anna down, which is great to hear since she needs help ASAP. Anna and Valentin are trapped with a pressure cooker that’s set to explode.
Valentin will begin to lose consciousness due to the gas leak, but Anna will shout to keep him in this fight for freedom. They have to stick together since time’s running out and deadly peril is imminent.
As for Alex, she’ll sit down for a chat with her dear son at The Floating Rib. “Anna” will know something about Peter August (Wes Ramsey) that he never dreamed she would know. It’ll cause Peter to burst into tears, so he’ll really be moved by his mama!
Nearby, Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) will unload some anger on another Port Charles resident. When Lulu learns what this person did, she’ll wonder what he or she was thinking. Lulu will seethe over this shocker, so it’ll be interesting to see what this is all about.
There’s a chance Dustin Phillips (Mark Lawson) spoke with Rocco Falconeri (O’Neill Monahan) about Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) return or made some other major blunder. It could lead to a conversation about boundaries that Dante would want to get in on.
General Hospital spoilers say Dante will help Lulu in some way on Thursday. He’ll also mention that he’s laying some ground rules, so we’ll see if those rules stick. Don’t forget to make CDL your hotspot for thrilling General Hospital spoilers, updates and news posts!
