General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that the list of potential explosion victims is growing longer. GH fans know Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) wants to kill Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) – and he doesn’t mind taking out anyone else who happens to be in the vicinity.
As of right now, Jason and Danny Morgan (Porter Fasullo) are in danger along with Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) and Laura Collins (Genie Francis).
However, there’ll be two more Port Charles residents who head to The Floating Rib on Friday, November 20. Based on Friday’s preview video, it seems Dev Cerci aka “Dev Corbin” (Ashton Arbab) will ask Cameron Webber (William Lipton) to meet up there.
Cam will be curious about why he was summoned, so a guilty Dev will have to decide if he’ll confess his journal forgery and manipulation. Dev has a good reason to make a full admission after the way Cameron stood up for him.
When Cam found Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) lashing out, he had Dev’s back. Since Cam recently found out about Franco Baldwin’s (Roger Howarth) latest brain tumor, that was obviously weighing on him.
Joss and Trina still felt like they had a right to be “pissed” for a while, but Cam offered a warning.
“Just don’t take too long,” Cameron insisted. “I mean, you never know what can happen, and can’t take anything for granted in this life.” Now that we know Dev will be at the explosion site with Cameron, his warning seems rather unsettling!
General Hospital spoilers say Cam will sustain injuries after the bomb goes off, but he’ll be OK in the end. Assuming Dev is still at The Floating Rib when the explosion happens, what will his fate be? Will Dev die?
There’s certainly been some GH buzz about Dev getting killed off, so that’s a risk here.
Looking ahead at future General Hospital spoilers, there’s no mention of Dev anywhere. Once Christmas rolls around, Josslyn will decorate Sonny’s house with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) as a surprise.
Wouldn’t Dev pitch in if he were still around? Dev isn’t spoiled as part of the holiday festivities, so it could be a clue that he won’t make it that long.
Of course, nothing’s confirmed yet, so it’s possible Dev will recover in the hospital for a while. If GH writers want to create some sympathy for Dev and potentially reignite Joss’ old feelings, they could use this situation to do it.
Nevertheless, the loss of Dev would also be a great way to intensify the war with Cyrus. Dev matters to Sonny and is Brando Corbin’s (Johnny Wactor) fake son. Since Brando is working for Sonny while pretending to work for Cyrus, Dev’s death would definitely complicate things.
