Kailyn and the kids have their photos taken as a family of four. The next photos they take will have their new baby brother. Later, Kailyn speaks with the producer. She plans to have a home birth now that she has learned the baby is head down and no longer breech. They talk more about COVID and all of the changes. She cannot believe she is going to be a mom of four boys.
Jade and her friend hang out while the kids play. Jade shares that her parents are good. Sean on the other hand needs goals. He is annoying her because he has no motivation. That is going to be a problem for them.
Chelsea and her husband are just a few weeks away from an ultrasound. They are excited but first Cole needs to be tested for COVID. He hasn’t been feeling well. The family learns that he is negative and just has a cold.
Leah must decide about each daughter and whether they should go back to school with the pandemic currently scary. Meanwhile, Briana calls Nova’s dad. They make a plan to meet to discuss Nova, her birthday, and more. After they get off the phone, Briana’s sister tells her not to bring up money as it might ruin Nova’s birthday.
Jade is finally getting a night out as her parents are taking her daughter. Sean plans to see a friend. As they talk, their daughter tries to get on a table. Sean gets mad. Meanwhile, Kailyn is labor. After playing the waiting game she finally gives birth to her son, calling Chris in the heat of the moment. He arrives for the birth.
Devoin tells Briana she can’t take Nova to the mall. When she asks him about finances, he gets mad, telling her she spent $15k on heeler body. She tells him all her money went to her house.
Leah’s daughters return home after student teacher orientation. They feel pretty good about going back to school.
Sean and Jade get into a fight after he goes to get her and her friends. He calls her mom which makes her mad. They argue back and forth in front of Kelsey. She tells him to go away.
Kailyn is doing well since giving birth. Her two oldest will meet the baby today after Nicole goes to get them. The baby is already sleeping well. She also got her youngest on a set schedule.
Briana doesn’t know what to do because she and Devoin are fighting. He makes low blows over money all of the time. He thinks she makes enough money and doesn’t need help.
Dude to COVID, Leah’s girls will start remote learning. She is a little stressed but excited. Meanwhile, Kailyn’s boys are excited to see the baby. They have been waiting. They run into the house excited. They are gentle and loving when they hold the baby.
