General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Wednesday, December 16, teases that Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will get in Cyrus Renault’s (Jeff Kober) face and deliver a stern warning about the teens, who are off-limits as far as Carly’s concerned.
Carly will show no fear as she rages over Cyrus reaching out to Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla), which led to Trina seeking answers about her father.
Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Cameron Webber (William Lipton) got roped into assisting Trina, so Carly’s deeply troubled over all this. She won’t want Cyrus making more dangerous waves, so she’ll warn him to steer clear of Trina and the others. Carly will just have to hope that warning sinks in.
As for Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West), she’ll want to check in with Trina herself in Wednesday’s episode. It looks like Ava may hit a roadblock on that goal thanks to angry Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr). Portia will feel like Ava’s at fault for Trina’s latest drama – and she won’t be afraid to let her know!
Ava will insist she just wanted to help Trina channel her anger into something less destructive, but Portia will feel like Ava’s lousy advice made a mess. Trina set out to prove Marcus Taggert (Real Andrews) was innocent and now she’s trying to prove he’s not dead.
The teens are at risk, so Portia will think Ava should take responsibility for her part in that.
Of course, Ava couldn’t have known things would spiral out of control like this. Ava only recently found out Taggert is alive, but that secret will take a toll on her as long as she keeps it.
Next, Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry) will try to make Trina believe she’s fighting a hopeless battle when it comes to proving Taggert is alive.
It looks like there’ll be a close call that leaves Jordan rattled, but she might be able to keep Trina and Taggert separated a bit longer. In Vermont, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will panic as the chief of staff prepares to inject her.
The doc’s planning to give Laura something to help with her transition to the facility, but she obviously doesn’t need it!
Laura’s only pretending to be a patient so Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) can score proof that Florence Grey is at that facility – and he just found out she’s in room two thanks to the computer system. As the doctor inches toward Laura with the syringe, what will she do?
Laura may fear she’ll have to blow her cover, but Curtis might pop back in at the last second – or maybe the doctor will get called away urgently. Whatever the case, Laura will likely avoid a strong dose of drugs and get out of there soon enough.
Whether Laura and Curtis actually have a chance to see Florence or not, General Hospital spoilers say they’ll make big progress on this trip. Elsewhere, Julian Jerome (William deVry) will know he needs to get the heck out of dodge!
Julian’s a dead man if Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) catches up with him again and pulls the trigger.
Sonny will indeed be closing in on Julian with the help of his trusty surveillance expert, Brick (Stephen A. Smith). Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will make sure Brick shows up to offer his services, so Sonny will explain what they need Brick to do.
It won’t be long until Brick’s hot on Julian’s trail, but Julian will find a stranger he hopes can help him soon enough.
In the meantime, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will get on Nikolas Cassadine’s (Marcus Coloma) bad side. At GH, Nikolas won’t be a fan of what Britt implies during their next conversation.
Britt may trash Ava somehow and leave Nikolas ready to defend his wife’s honor! Now that Nikolas and Ava’s marriage is legit, they’re a true team and will always have each other’s backs.
