The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Tuesday, January 26 – Faith's Safety – Amanda's Promise – Victoria Protects What’s Hers

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, January 26, tease that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will seek some help from Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott).

Y&R fans know Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) recently divulged Faith Newman’s (Alyvia Alyn Lind) drinking issues to Nikki, who was upset that she hadn’t already heard the news from Nick.

Sharon assured Nikki that Nick was planning on offering updates, but that may not be good enough for Nikki on Tuesday. She may take this opportunity to lash out at Nick for leaving her out of the loop.

However, Nikki and Nick will agree that they have to put Faith back on track. They’ll both be concerned about Faith getting in over her head with alcohol.

Faith was upset with Sharon for dragging Nikki into this and won’t be very receptive to Nikki’s attempts to schedule Grandma time. From Faith’s perspective, it’ll just be one more overbearing adult all up in her business.

Faith doesn’t think her partying and drinking are a big deal, so she’s not looking forward to Nikki’s lectures or her own cautionary testimony of how terrible alcoholism can be.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Nick will do some strategizing with Nikki on how they should handle this. They may wonder what the best strategy is to get through to Faith without pushing her away.

There are no easy answers when it comes to problematic teenagers, so Nikki and Nick will just have to make a plan and hope it works out.

As for Jordan (Madison Thompson), Nikki isn’t too keen on Faith having such a bad influence in her life. Sharon doesn’t like the idea of forbidding this friendship since Faith gave up all her pals from boarding school when she came back to Genoa City.

If Jordan and Faith’s connection is authentic, Sharon would hate to get in the way of that.

Nikki, on the other hand, may care more about Faith’s safety than her social circle. Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) warned Nick that Jordan was trouble, so he may side with Nikki on this.

Perhaps Nick will promise to keep a closer eye on Jordan and ban her from Faith if necessary.

Meanwhile, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will take steps to protect what’s hers. On Monday, Victoria frets after overhearing Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and Katie Abbott (Sienna Mercuri) in the background of Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) call.

Victoria may feel the need to mark her mom territory on Tuesday’s episode, so we’ll see if she pushes for firmer family boundaries.

Other Young and the Restless spoilers say Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) will get a promise from Devon Hamilton (Bryton James). Since Devon recently suggested an official date to Amanda, he may insist this is a no-pressure situation.

Devon might vow to go take this slow and just let their spark develop naturally if it’s going to grow into more.

Since Amanda was hurt deeply by possessive and abusive Ripley Turner (Christian Keyes), Devon might promise that Amanda will always be in the driver’s seat when it comes to their relationship.

It’s important for Amanda to have some sense of control due to everything she’s been through, so Devon should be mindful of that.

Nevertheless, Devon and Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) are set to heat things up behind closed doors during an ice storm later in the week. There’ll be some steamy moments that could leave Devon’s heart more torn than ever, so stick with Y&R.
