General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will feel indebted to Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) during the week of February 1-5. Dante will be recovering following his latest ordeal, so Sam may pay him a visit and express her gratitude for more reason than one.
For starters, Dante stopped Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) from killing Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth). Franco certainly isn’t Sam’s favorite person, but Alexis might’ve gone to prison for life if she’d succeeded.
Since Franco isn’t as healthy due to his brain tumor right now, he might not have survived like Dante did.
Sam may thank Dante for Alexis’ sake as well as the sake of those who love her most. That includes Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Lexi Ainsworth), who’s a sister to both Dante and Sam. Alexis is still facing charges, but there’s no denying her legal situation would’ve been far worse if Franco had been injected and died.
Sam’s also using this as a chance to give Alexis some tough love and hopefully get Alexis’ life back on track. Dante was part of that in a way, so Sam will have a lot to be grateful for.
General Hospital spoilers say Dante and Sam will share some heartfelt moments in the aftermath of all this. It’ll bring an opportunity for Sam to grow closer to Dante – and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) just might notice!
GH spoilers for February sweeps pose the question of how Jason and Sam will feel about watching each other potentially move on. Jason will remain heavily involved in Franco’s storyline, which now heavily involves Sam and Dante.
There’ll be some chances for Jason to witness Sam and Dante’s growing connection, so some jealousy may result.
Jason will grow closer to Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) in the coming weeks as well, but Sam and Dante’s bond had a head start since they were on good terms from the get-go.
Dante and Sam may not have been true friends, but they share siblings and were friendly enough. Now that’s developing into a true bond – one that Jason may worry about since Dante is fragile and not acting quite like himself.
Jason might face a mix of being jealous and genuinely concerned for Sam’s safety. Sam broke up with Jason because of the threat his lifestyle poses, but Sam may not realize Dante’s life is equally dangerous these days! We’ll fill you in as other GH news and updates emerge.
