Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) will need some serious help from Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford), but he’ll be making a big mess if he provides it.
Laura Horton (Jaime Lyn Bauer) will have a tense run-in with Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) on February 8, so that’ll open up some wounds of the past again.
It seems like that Kate and Lauren faceoff could be important based on what comes right after. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Gwen will have a fierce confrontation with Laura on February 9. That’s what’ll set up Gwen’s frantic plea for assistance on February 10 – and most likely, Jack’s willingness to provide it.
It looks like February 10 will also mark the final date of Bauer’s return stint as Laura. Looking at the clues here, it seems obvious Gwen will cause harm to Laura and end her current run.
There’s a good chance it’ll be an accident, but Gwen may worry she won’t be believed – especially since by then she’ll know Laura was behind the checks to Tiffany Rizczech.
Gwen will worry she’s going to be accused of a vengeful murder or at least attempted murder depending on Laura’s fate. Whether Laura dies or ends up comatose, Gwen will want to wash her hands of all this – and she’ll expect Jack to assist with that task.
Jack may keep quiet and try to cover up Gwen’s actions, but where does Kate fit in all this? Kate may wind up being accused of a crime she didn’t commit. Since Kate will spar with Laura right before Gwen does the same, there’s the potential for some confusion.
If Laura turns up dead or seriously injured, Kate may get the finger pointed at her. If Kate makes deadly threats during that fight with Laura and a witness overhears, that’ll make things even worse.
Kate could get dragged into some terrible drama. It’s easy to imagine Jennifer Deveraux (Cady McClain) demanding that Kate pay for killing or at least trying to kill her mother!
Would Jack be willing to let Kate take the blame – just to keep his daughter out of prison and make things right for what he did in the past?
If so, you can bet Kate will be furious with Jack once the truth inevitably comes out. Kate may completely turn against Jack if he lets her go down for what Gwen did.
