General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of February 8-12 tease that some tight spots are on the way. For starters, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will put Peter August (Wes Ramsey) through a grilling session.
Valentin may end up warning Peter about doing something that could blow things ahead of his wedding to Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms).
However, Valentin will shift gears later and focus on his own love life. Once Valentin sees the path to another chance with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), he’ll gladly take advantage of it.
Valentin will hope he can lock in the reunion he’s looking for, so he’ll take steps to achieve his dream.
In the meantime, Nina will deliver a plea and get some valuable information. It looks like that info may come from Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) since she’ll provide her insight soon after.
Ava may offer updates to Nina on the recent necklace drama and insist that Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) can’t be trusted.
Nina will deal with some doubts in the week ahead – and later, Nina’s rage will explode! Nina certainly seems to be on the verge of figuring out that Carly and Nelle Benson Jerome (Chloe Lanier) were on the cliff together.
Nina’s probably going to put the wrong clues together with a few right ones and assume Carly pushed Nelle off the cliff that night.
General Hospital spoilers say Nina will make an important vow, so she may promise to get justice for her daughter. GH fans will see Nina track Jordan Ashford (Tiffany Daniels) and push for help, so it may be Carly’s arrest that Nina wants.
Morgan Corinthos’ (Bryan Craig) grave will get a visit from Carly and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) in the week ahead.
Josslyn will also get some advice from Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher), who’ll want his daughter to live a life with no regrets.
Over with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), he’ll cross paths with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco). That’ll bring some bittersweet moments as “JaSam” deal with their lingering love and go their separate ways.
Nevertheless, some new romantic opportunities are on the horizon – including one between Sam and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna).
Dante and Sam will strengthen their bond in the week ahead. As for Jason, he’ll be Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) confidant and grow closer to her in the process.
Britt has a mysterious medical condition that she’s battling, so Jason might finally notice and get Britt to admit what’s going on.
Cyrus Renault’s (Jeff Kober) control over Britt will prove troubling to Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr). Portia will worry that Britt is just Cyrus’ puppet, but she won’t know about Britt and Jason’s secret alliance.
Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) will also find himself facing more of Cyrus’ threats, so he’ll grow more fearful by the second.
Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will also consider his past and his future. He’ll have to figure out if he wants a new beginning or if he’d rather recapture his history.
Lenny Caulfield (Rif Hutton) will become a surprising ally to someone next week, so he might soften toward Sonny and become a bit more of a friendly mentor like Phyllis Caulfield (Joyce Guy).
Then again, it could be someone else that Lenny aligns with. It’ll be interesting to see how Sonny’s affect moving forward, but let’s get back to some issues at GH. Lesley Webber (Denise Richards) will be concerned about the hospital and her loved ones, so look for her to have another showdown with Cyrus.
Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Lexi Ainsworth) will be back on the scene as Sonny’s funeral looms. We’ll see Kristina meet with Sam and Molly Lansing-Davis (Haley Pullos) as they worry about Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) drinking and all the problems that have resulted.
It looks like Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) will finally have an opportunity to unload all her anger on Alexis, so don’t miss what’s in store! We’ll keep you posted as other GH news becomes available.
