The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the week of February 15-19 tease that some bombs are set to drop in Genoa City. For starters, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will confess to his affair with a married woman – Tara Locke, the wife of ruthless mogul Ashland Locke to be exact.
Summer Newman (Hunter King) won’t think it’s that big of a deal considering it was years ago, but Kyle will disagree. Ashland doesn’t know Kyle’s the guy Tara cheated with, so Kyle will hope to keep it that way.
Kyle will refuse to get ahead of this like Summer wants since Ashland could go after “Skyle” and their families.
Of course, Kyle won’t reveal the secret child he potentially shares with Tara – at least he won’t reveal that secret to Summer. It’s Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) who’ll learn that part of the story after Kyle seeks some guidance.
Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will hope this kid leverage keeps her own secrets safe, but there’ll be a big problem – and his name’s Bill Spencer (Don Diamont)! The Bold and the Beautiful’s Bill will blow into town and rattle Sally’s cage in the week ahead.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Sally’s reaction to Bill will raise Lauren Baldwin’s (Tracey E. Bregman) suspicions, so Lauren will be determined to learn the real story of Sally’s LA past.
As for Jack, he’ll step up to defend Sally. Jack may shut down Bill’s attempts to badmouth the feisty Spectra and urge Lauren to accept that Sally really needs this fresh start.
Other Young and the Restless spoilers say Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) will admit the truth to Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic). After Nate picks up on the warning signs, he’ll push Elena to come clean about sleeping with Devon Hamilton (Bryton James).
Elena will indeed confess, so that’ll leave Nate with a lot to think about.
Next, Devon and Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) will discuss where things stand between them. After making love, Amanda will get reassurance that she’s more than a rebound.
Devon and Amanda will agree not to put labels on their romance just yet, but they’ll definitely like where things are headed.
As for Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso), he’ll explode over Sharon Rosales’ (Sharon Case) connection to Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). From where Rey’s standing, he’ll feel like Sharon chooses Adam time and time again.
Sharon will end up running into Adam after her fight with Rey – and that’ll lead to a steamy forbidden kiss at Society. After a pic of that kiss is taken, the news of the “Shadam” lip lock will spread across GC.
Y&R fans can expect Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind) to show Sharon the pic on her phone, so Sharon will scramble to explain. It won’t be long until it’s Rey’s turn to confront Sharon and push for answers about this stolen smooch.
Rey will also rip into Adam, who probably won’t be all that sorry. Adam won’t like the idea of hurting Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) and may resolve to make sure she never finds out about this.
However, Adam won’t be particularly worried about Rey’s feelings since he doesn’t seem to think Rey’s good enough for Sharon.
Meanwhile, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will become a Valentine’s Day crasher – and that means Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) night with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) is about to go awry.
This could lead to Lily finally deciding she’s had enough. Lily might want to set some boundaries with Victoria since they’re clearly necessary.
Back with Elena, making amends will become her goal. Elena may fight to salvage things with Nate, but it’s obvious she’s not over Devon. Devon could land in a jam if Nate threatens to tell Amanda what went down during the ice storm.
Amanda will take a step forward in her relationship with Naya Benedict (Ptosha Storey) after she meets with her birth mom and bares her soul. There’ll be some progress, but Naya and Amanda’s challenges aren’t over.
Over with Mariah again, she’ll prepare for her surrogacy mission and hope to give Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) the ultimate gift.
Nevertheless, this baby plan will get complicated as Mariah battles second thoughts. Abby will also make a hard choice pretty soon, so that could mean this surrogacy isn’t a done deal.
Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will also pay Chelsea a visit and offer some support. He won’t know about Sharon and Adam’s kiss at that point, so this will just be a chance for “Chick” to reconnect as friends.
Nick will let Chelsea know he’s there for her and hope her recovery goes well.
