Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers preview update for the week of March 1-5 teases that some tricky situations are ahead in Salem. First, let’s talk about a compromising position that Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) will land in. Xander will have a kilt that needs mending, so it seems that’ll be his wardrobe for some of the wedding festivities.
A woman will show up to help Xander with fixing the garment, so she’ll be poking around and will talk about it just being a little prick. Xander will reply that it’s not so little, so there’ll be some comical moments between these two.
There’ll be an even bigger mess once that compromising position we mentioned comes into play. Days spoilers suggest Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) will catch this woman stooping down between Xander’s legs, so it’s bound to look suspicious at first!
Xander will be able to explain, but he won’t be able to stop Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) from trying to plant doubts in Sarah’s mind about the nuptials. Chloe will warn Sarah not to marry Xander and will spell all the reasons why it’s a bad idea.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Chloe will also have a special delivery for Brady Black (Eric Martsolf). It’ll be a basket of muffins, so she’ll want to know which one is Brady’s favorite. After Brady chooses one, “Susan Banks” aka Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) will lunge forward to smack that muffin out of his hand!
“Susan” won’t be interested in watching Brady get pampered by Chloe, so she’ll cause quite a scene. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Chloe will wonder what “Susan’s” problem is. From where Chloe’s standing, she’ll think “Susan” is being way too protective of Brady.
There’ll be some growing suspicions for Chloe to figure out, but Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) will prove helpful to Kristen in the meantime. Philip will insist Chloe’s indeed interested in Brady romantically – at least he’ll feel certain of that.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Philip will confide his own feelings for Chloe as well, so “Susan” will think all she has to do is put Philip and Chloe back together.
There may also be a close call involving Kristen’s disguise in the week ahead, so there’s a chance Philip will figure out the Susan swap secret eventually.
In Marlena Evans’ (Deidre Hall) office, she’ll get a visit from a desperate Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson). Ben will want to get a feel for where Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) is and what she’s doing – sort of like Susan was offering Ben in her visions before the Kristen switch.
Marlena will apparently put Ben under hypnosis to bring on a vision like this. Ben will tell Marlena that he can see Ciara looking sad. He’ll sense that Ciara’s crying – and that’ll indeed be true.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Evan Frears aka Christian Maddox (Brock Kelly) will play some murder mind games by arranging for a fake newspaper to be delivered.
That newspaper will have a heartbreaking headline about Ben being killed in a tragic accident. Ciara will believe Ben’s dead, so she’ll break down in tears and grieve for her husband.
Thankfully, Ben will be alive and well back in Salem. Evan will ultimately confess that he’s just messing with Ciara, but he’ll plan to murder Ben for real as the next step in his plan!
Other Days of Our Lives spoilers state that Sami Brady DiMera (Alison Sweney) will make Belle Brady’s (Martha Madison) job a lot harder. After Belle accepts the case, Sami won’t give her all the facts.
That could be why there’ll be a discrepancy in Sami’s story and the news Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) is about to deliver.
Belle will argue that Sami never touched the gun, but Rafe make it clear that her fingerprints are all over it. Later, Belle will blast Sami for lying and wonder what exactly the truth is.
Over with Paulina Price (Jackee Harry), she’ll meet the man who knocked up her sister! Paulina is Tamara Price’s (Marilyn McCoo) sibling and Lani Price-Grant’s (Sal Stowers) aunt, so she’ll have a lot to say to Abe Carver (James Reynolds).
Of course, Paulina may just be messing with Abe since she surely doesn’t mind that Lani exists now. Even if there’s legitimate tension, Abe should smooth things over when he meets Paulina along with Eli Grant (Lamon Archey).
Since Paulina is a Miami real estate mogul who’s always eager to make money, she’ll eventually have a business proposal for Abe to consider.
Other DOOL spoilers say Bonnie Lockhart (Judi Evans) will notice something peculiar in the town square. Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) and Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) will decide to kidnap Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien), so it seems Gwen will be knocked out and squeezed into a laundry cart.
Gabi and Abigail will want to wheel Gwen back to the DiMera mansion, but Bonnie will stop them briefly. Days spoilers state that Bonnie will comment on it being a little late to be doing laundry.
Bonnie will hint that Gabi and Abigail must have a body in there, but she might laugh it off and act like she really had Abigail and Gabi going.
Even if Bonnie finds out what’s really going on, she’s no doubt heard all the terrible things the rest of the town has about Gwen. Bonnie won’t stand in Abigail and Gabi’s way, so Gwen will indeed be held hostage in the secret room of the DiMera tunnels.
DOOL viewers can expect Abigail to put Gwen through a tense interrogation. Abigail will hope she can convince Gwen to confess that she murdered Laura Horton (Jaime Lyn Bauer).
Gwen might be tempted if that’s what it’s going to take to gain her freedom, but it doesn’t look like she’ll give Abigail what she wants.
Days has left it up in the air whether Gwen actually murdered Laura or not, but Gwen will face Abigail’s punishment regardless. As other news and updates emerge, we’ll fill you in.
