Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Tuesday, April 27, teases that Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will check out the latest news on her tablet – and you can bet Belle Brady’s (Martha Madison) arrest will remain the talk of the town.
John Black (Drake Hogestyn) faced a hypnosis memory flood recently and was convinced of Belle’s guilt, but how will he feel on Tuesday’s episode of Days of Our Lives? Once Belle’s out on bail and can tell John her side of the story, he’ll know in his heart that his daughter’s telling the truth.
Belle will make it clear that she’s been framed since she’s never even been to Charlie’s apartment. Days of Our Lives spoilers say John and Belle will mull over the puzzle pieces and try to figure out who was behind the setup.
It won’t be long until Belle settles on Sami Brady DiMera (Alison Sweeney) was the person behind her suffering.
Of course, DOOL fans know it was Jan Spears (Heather Lindell) who cooked up this whole plot, but Belle will point the finger at Sami in the meantime. As for Jan, Days spoilers say she’ll cross paths with Nicole Brady (Arianne Zucker) in the town square.
Jan will sit at a table with Nicole briefly, but this encounter should lead to some clashing and make Jan eager to cut it short.
Besides, Jan’s got much more important things to do – like get under Shawn Brady’s (Brandon Beemer) skin and pay a visit to DA Melinda Trask (Tina Huang).
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Jan will have some information she wants to pass along regarding Charlie’s case. Naturally, it’ll be phony info meant to make Belle look like even more of a suspect.
Over with Claire Brady (Isabel Durant), Days spoilers state that she’ll make sure Belle’s holding up OK before turning her attention to Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson). Ben won’t have any luck convincing Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson) to talk Ciara out of leaving for South Africa.
Since Theo will be adamant that Ciara’s in control and should be able to make her own choices, Ben will feel like his future’s slipping away. He’ll refuse to let that happen, so he’ll ask Claire for some kidnapping help on Tuesday’s episode of Days of Our Lives.
Ben will think he should force Ciara to come back to the cabin with him since it’s about the only thing he hasn’t tried yet.
Since that cabin is such a significant spot in their history together, Ben will imagine Ciara’s missing memories might come back to her there. He’ll think it’s worth a shot under the circumstances, but Claire will feel like Ben’s not thinking straight.
She’ll warn Ben that Ciara would be terrified and might hate him even more by the end of this abduction chaos.
Claire will push Ben to drop the idea entirely, but Ben will intend on going through with it – with or without Claire’s help. Back with Ciara, she’ll prepare for her imminent release and trade updates with Shawn.
Ciara will be glad to know Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) has been found, but she’ll inform Shawn that their mom will have to meet her in Johannesburg, not Salem.
Shawn will be surprised when Ciara reveals that she’s leaving with Theo, but Ciara will insist this is what she wants. She’ll talk to Shawn about her fear of Ben and how safe she feels with Theo.
Ciara will be determined to move on from her marriage, so she’ll get ready for her flight and push Shawn to convey the news to Hope.
When Ben sees Ciara at the hospital later, he’ll determine that he can’t risk alienating her even further. Ben will hand over the washer off Bo Brady’s (Peter Reckell) bike instead of going through with a crazy hostage plot, so that’ll certainly be the right call.
It’s time for Ben to let Ciara go and hope she comes back to him down the road.
Across town, Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) will fill Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) in on what he assumes will be Hope’s homecoming. Rafe should be thrilled over the possibility of reconnecting with Hope and getting that second chance they were hoping for.
Ava, on the other hand, may be saddened at the thought of her own chance with Rafe slipping away.
However, Ava’s luck will turn around when Rafe finds out Hope’s headed to South Africa and won’t be returning to Salem after all. That’ll give Ava an opportunity to comfort Rafe and reciprocate the kiss he plants.
