General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Friday, April 30, tease that Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will somewhat enjoy her job in the library, which she admitted to Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) was a pretty cushy one by prison standards.
Alexis was taken off cleaning duty for this, so Maggie (Sydney Walsh) will warn Alexis about how special treatment can put a target on your back in the slammer.
Alexis may not be too worried since she’s got Cyrus Renault’s (Jeff Kober) crew protecting her. She’s not happy about Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) being under Cyrus’ thumb now, but she’s at least grateful she won’t be killed or seriously injured with Cyrus’ people looking out for her.
Meanwhile, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will think it’s time they had a talk about Elizabeth Baldwin’s (Rebecca Herbst) status at GH. General Hospital spoilers say conversation will seem like a serious one, so will Liz go from dropped hours to being flat-out fired?
Elizabeth was recently transferred to another floor, but it looks like this will be a more in-depth discussion about her overall status – and the outcome may not be a pleasant one for Liz.
Over with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla), they’ll have a heartfelt conversation. Trina will admit she doesn’t think they’re going to get to Joss’ dad in Nixon Falls.
That’s where Josslyn decided to dash off to with Trina since Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) could use a ride home. However, this seems like it’ll turn into a fake-out since there are far more dramatic ways of Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) being discovered.
There may be some car trouble or another issue that derails Josslyn and Trina’s road trip.
On the bright side, Trina and Josslyn will do some bonding as they talk on Friday’s General Hospital episode. As for “Mike” aka Sonny, he’ll strengthen his connection with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) on Friday as well.
Sonny will ask Nina if her friend’s worth is, so he may wonder if Nina intends to go home with Jax and get her old life back on track.
Of course, Nina’s happy in this new one and continues to keep it going for as long as she possibly can. She’ll assure Sonny that she’s not going anywhere, so he’ll be pleased over the news.
Next, Jax will have to decline an offer, so we’ll see exactly how that plays out. The point is Jax is leaving and Nina’s staying, so that means Nina and Sonny’s romance can bloom in the coming episodes.
In the meantime, Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) will explain her concerns to Carly and Laura Collins (Genie Francis). Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) delivered a veiled threat when he mentioned Avery Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola), so Ava showed up to bring Carly updates on the trouble.
Carly will assume Ava’s looking for help, but Ava will insist she’s there to offer it instead. It sounds like Ava will want to team up and make sure Cyrus doesn’t become a bigger menace than he already is!
Back at GH, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will have a tense talk with Cameron Webber (William Lipton). General Hospital spoilers state that Cameron will rip into Jason for killing Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth), but Jason will try to convince Cam of his innocence.
Will Jason finally say something that gets through to Cameron?
Regardless, Cam will give Josslyn an apology next week, May 3-7, so it looks like he’ll have a change of heart about his killer accusations soon. As other GH details emerge, we’ll fill you in.
CDL will have lots of other sizzling General Hospital spoilers, updates and news to check out, so pop back in soon.
