Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that May will bring some high-stakes drama since several secrets are on the verge of exposure. The action’s going to heat up for multiple characters, so expect some exciting moments and shocking romantic developments.
Here’s what DOOL fans can look forward to over the next few weeks during the month of May, 2021.
First, Days of Our Lives fans will see setback for Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams). Tripp seems like he’s been working up the nerve to ask Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) out or at least express his feelings, but he’ll be completely thrown when he finds Allie kissing Chanel Dupree (Precious Way).
Tripp will soon find out that Chanel and Allie have a romantic history due to their clubbing days in London, but are they just having fun in the present or actually rekindling things?
That’s something Tripp will want to figure out – and there could be some clashing with Chanel along they way since they got off on the wrong foot.
As for Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk), the jig will be up as Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) finds out about the Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) swap. However, the situation will take a devastating turn for Kristen when Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) ultimately lands in the hospital.
One way or another, there’s going to be some danger for Brady that could really shake up Kristen’s perspective. Other Days of Our Lives spoilers say Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) will have to settle on a path forward.
Jake will discover that Kate Roberts DiMera (Lauren Koslow) didn’t actually break up with him – and there’ll be a life-threatening predicament that could make it tough for Jake to move entirely in Gabi Hernandez DiMera’s (Camila Banus) direction.
However, Jake knows he wants Gabi deep down. It’s just a matter of when all the obstacles will be cleared for them to finally be together. There’ll be some sizzle between Gabi and Jake this May, but we’ll see how long it takes them to embrace a true future together.
As for Sami Brady DiMera (Alison Sweeney) and Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo), it looks like their plot to dupe Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) will fall apart. Lucas and Sami will move out of the fake dying drama and into a storyline where they could genuinely perish.
There’ll be legitimate danger this May, so sparks will fly all over again once Lucas and Sami fear they’re going to die.
We know Jan Spears (Heather Lindell) will find herself two hostages once Belle Brady (Martha Madison) is onto her, so Sami and Lucas may be the captives Jan grabs. Fortunately, Jan should go down for the murder of Charlie Dale (Mike Manning) and her hostages will eventually go free.
Other Days of Our Lives spoilers say Nicole Brady’s jealousy of Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) and Rafe Hernandez’s (Galen Gering) budding romance will be a problem.
That’s because Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) will call and break Nicole’s heart by revealing he intends to spend another three months in the Congo.
That’ll be enough to send Nicole over the edge and will lead to her doing something that could torpedo her marriage! It sounds like a hot hookup could be brewing, but will it be with Rafe or someone else? Regardless, some cheating seems to be in the works for Nicole.
As for Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien), she’ll blame Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) for the loss of her baby and will score sympathy from Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) as well as Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) as a result.
Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) and Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) will grow closer this May as Claire helps this brokenhearted husband cope. Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) is out of the picture for now, but will Ben and Claire cross out of friendship territory and into a more romantic one?
There may be some complex feelings to work through, but it doesn’t look like Ben and Claire’s relationship will progress all that far. Over with Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) and Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers), they’ll do their part to help Chanel by letting her move in.
Days viewers will see some comical situations and even some life lessons for Chanel to learn.
Finally, Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) will blackmail his way into a new job and a different life path. It’ll help Xander get over Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey), but we should see a lot more of his scheming side as a result!
