Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the week of May 17-21 tease that Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) will get some horrible Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) news, so Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) will offer comfort. Meanwhile, Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) will say goodbye to Chad DiMEra (Billy Flynn) while Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) learns a secret.
As Sami Brady DiMera (Alison Sweeney) and Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) try to plot an escape, Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) will recruit Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) for some deadly plans. Xander will be tempted to serve as Kristen’s hit man thanks to the lucrative offer she makes.
However, Lucas and Sami will realize the end could be near if they don’t think of something. They’ll end up doing their best to cut a deal with Xander, so he’ll have another offer to mull over soon enough.
As for Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin), she’ll be MIA following a faceoff with Kristen. That’ll leave Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) fearful along with Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), so a search and rescue effort should get underway eventually.
Other Days of Our Lives spoilers say Nicole Brady (Arianne Zucker) will struggle to hide her guilt over cheating with Xander. Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) will pick up on the change in Nicole’s behavior and wonder what’s up with her, but it’ll be Ava who Nicole chooses to confide in.
Next, Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) will have a couple curveballs thrown at her. After Chanel Dupree (Precious Way) reveals she’s into girls as well as guys, she’ll explain the whole kiss situation with Allie and all the drama that resulted.
Lani will also get updates on Kristen roaming around Salem, so she’ll be in a tight spot when she crosses paths with her old convent bestie. Although Lani has been loyal to Kristen in the past, she may struggle to do it again.
Nevertheless, Kristen will plead with Lani to look the other way and just let her deal with things on her own.
Over with Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) and Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash), they’ll have to take Kate Roberts DiMera (Lauren Koslow) to the hospital. It looks like Kate will collapse after seeing Jake in bed with Kate, but the drugs in her system should have something to do with this as well.
Jake will feel guilty for moving on with Gabi so fast since Kate was kidnapped, but that probably won’t change his feelings for Gabi. It’ll just be a matter of how Jake wants to deal with Kate in the aftermath of the bedroom fiasco.
Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) will come up with a trap for Jan Spears (Heather Lindell), which Belle Brady (Martha Madison) should be fully on board with. Marlena and John Black (Drake Hogestyn), on the other hand, will fear that Shawn’s manipulation could backfire and bring some danger.
Other DOOL spoilers say Ben will get some horrible news from Ciara. It’ll send Ben straight to Claire Brady for comfort, so Ciara might send some divorce papers and insist she wants to officially end the marriage.
Back with Chanel, she’ll bump into Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) and create an awkward moment. That could involve Eli being in a towel or something along those lines now that Chanel’s loving at the apartment.
As for Abigail, she’ll make a stunning choice that Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) may object to. Both Chad and Gabi will be surprised by Abigail’s decision, but it seems she’ll leave town for a while and could perhaps decide to spend some time with Jennifer Deveraux (Cady McClain) in Boston.
Regardless, Days fans will see a tearful farewell between Abigail and Chad. It sounds like Chad may fear this is the end of the road for his marriage, but he may not give up all hope.
Elsewhere, Days spoilers say Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) will make a confession to Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford), but it won’t be the whole truth. Dr. Clay Snyder (Michael Lowry) will realize he’s got some blackmail material, so he’ll use the miscarriage truth as leverage to make Gwen pay up if possible.
