General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of May 31-June 4 tease that we’ll see some Peter August (Wes Ramsey) mystery answers – and an attempted murderer will be on the loose. Meanwhile, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will have a surprise for Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).
GH will air a repeat on Monday, May 31, but the show will return with a brand-new episode on Tuesday, June 1.
Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) already suspects Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) may be right about Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) holding back when it comes to the details of his condition.
Willow will remain torn since it’s not really her place to ask, but she’ll ultimately be unable to keep quiet.
While Willow corners Finn and demands the truth, Peter will raise Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) suspicions.
Anna may get a clue about Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) being in danger all over again, but we’ll just have to see how far Anna’s spy instincts will take her.
Maxie will find herself stuck in an awful situation, but she’ll try to make the best of it. That probably means enjoying some Mommy-daughter time that she feared she wouldn’t get.
The silver lining of Maxie’s kidnapping is that she can bond with Baby Lou for a little while right after she’s born.
As for Peter, he’ll feel trapped just before General Hospital catches up in real time and shows how Peter wound up falling down the stairs. There’s a good chance we’ll see who shoved Peter and no doubt wanted him dead, but that person may get away with the crime for now.
Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will discover something unsettling in the week ahead, so she might be the one who stumbles across Peter and his bleeding head in the stairwell. Peter should survive, but brain surgery and a coma might be in his future.
Meanwhile, Jackie Templeton (Kim Delaney) and Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) will finally pop up again. It’s about time they checked on Chase! It took them long enough, but Jackie will offer plenty of sympathy while Gregory quizzes Finn.
Gregory will get the feeling that Finn has been avoiding him, which may be partially true. However, Finn has mostly just been caught up in trying to find a cure for Chase in the midst of this poisoning fiasco.
Some shocking phone calls are on the way, including one to Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) that sends him in Jordan Ashford’s (Briana Nicole Henry) direction. Could that involve the danger that’s brewing for Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) are something else?
Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will get a stunning phone call as well – and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will be on the receiving end of an important text.
Someone will send Carly some urgent news, so this should tie in with all the Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) danger and shake things up once again.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Laura will have a deep conversation with Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) before facing a disturbing threat.
Laura’s life will be on the line, so we’ll see if Cyrus makes a deadly move against her now that these siblings have become true enemies.
Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) will fret over the dangerous decisions Carly’s been making and the risks that are swirling all around Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy). Look for Jax to open up to Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) and get some support in return.
As for Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst), she’ll have a reason to put Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) on full blast. Liz may end up blaming Valentin for some of the Peter drama that’s gone down, but we’ll see an angry meltdown no matter what the reason.
Britt will also get caught by surprise, so Jason may put his feelings into words and sweep Britt off her feet. Regardless, Jason and Britt’s bond will grow even stronger as they strategize and put some new plans in motion.
We’ll provide updates as other details come in. The week of May 31-June 4 will bring some terrific scenes, so don’t miss what’s in store. CDL will have all the hottest GH spoilers, updates and news you’re looking for.
