Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Monday, June 14, tease that Sami Brady DiMera (Alison Sweeney) will plan a Rome return with EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel), so she’ll tell Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) goodbye. As for Nicole Brady (Arianne Zucker), she’ll choke Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) while Kate Roberts DiMera (Lauren Koslow) forgives Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash).
For starters, Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will arrange for some audio books and try to make things as comfortable at the DiMera mansion as possible for Kate. When Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) saunters in, she’ll inform Chad that she’s back together with Jake.
That news will upset Chad since he’ll feel like Gabi just takes whatever she wants and doesn’t care who gets hurt. However, Gabi will refuse to let Kate rob her of her happiness – no matter her condition.
Meanwhile, Jake will nearly catch Kate faking her blindness, but she’ll manage to cover and continue to act totally dependent on him.
During Jake’s next visit to the hospital, he’ll come clean about what he assumes is a gap in Kate’s memory.
Jake will confess to sleeping with Gabi, but Kate will argue that he wouldn’t have given Gabi a second look if Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) hadn’t lied to him.
Kate the faker will throw Jake for a loop by forgiving him, so he won’t have the heart to dump her just yet. Jake will also cross paths with Chad, who’ll think his brother needs to suck it up and do what’s best for Kate.
Chad will basically order Jake to do the right thing and put his future with Gabi on hold.
After all this goes down, Gabi will meet up with Jake and wonder how things went when Jake broke things off. Gabi’s in for a shock that she isn’t going to like soon enough!
Days spoilers say Sami will face a shock of her own as she continues to reel over EJ’s stunning return to Salem.
EJ will claim to know about the swine who’s trying to come between him and his wife, so Lucas will insist there’s no need for name-calling. EJ will be confused over Lucas defending his daughter’s rapist, so Lucas will realize EJ means Charlie Dale (Mike Manning).
It’s Charlie who EJ will think is the swine who led to Sami confessing to his murder and making such a mess. Lucas will blast EJ for not being there for Sami when she needed him, but EJ will be apologetic about that during a private conversation with his wife.
EJ will acknowledge that Sami was there for him when he was healing in every way. He’ll want to heal their marriage now if Sami still thinks they have one, so Sami will be completely on board.
Nevertheless, EJ will want to know what happened with Lucas, so Sami will once again panic before he clarifies. EJ will know about Kristen hiring Xander to kill Sami and Lucas, so he’ll tell Sami to just leave Xander to him.
Afterward, Sami will prepare to head back to Rome with EJ, so she’ll tell Lucas this is goodbye. EJ will have other ideas as he greets Stefano DiMera’s (Joseph Mascolo) portrait and declares it’s good to be back.
Later in the week, June 14-18, EJ will let Sami know he wants to move back to Salem instead, so her farewell to Lucas is a bit premature.
Back at the hospital on Monday, Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) will have the same idea to bring Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) the flowers she likes.
They’ll clash, especially when Brady reveals that he wants to take Chloe back to the townhouse and be the one she leans on as she recovers.
In the end, Chloe and Brady will decide it might be best if they put some space between them for now. Days spoilers say Brady will sweetly kiss Chloe’s forehead as they share a spark-filled moment.
At Basic Black, Nicole will find Xander in a suit with his feet propped up on the desk. Nicole will inform Xander that he doesn’t work there and never will before using his tie to choke him. That’ll create a rather shocking scene for Brady to walk in on!
Chad will walk in on a stunning scene of his own when he finds Kate using her compact mirror in her hospital bed. Kate’s not supposed to be able to see, so she’ll get busted and have some explaining to do once Tuesday’s DOOL episode rolls around.
