The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Wednesday, June 23, tease that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) will be trapped in a hazardous area cage while Justin Barber (Aaron D. Spears) gloats on the Spencer throne. Let’s discuss Justin’s desperation and just how far he’ll go to preserve his spot at the top.
B&B fans know Thomas filled Justin in on the phone evidence that would clear Liam Spencer’s (Scott Clifton) name. Thomas wanted the truth to come out so that Liam and Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) could walk free. Instead, Justin clobbered Thomas and knocked him out cold.
Once Thomas awakens, he’ll be frantic when he realizes he’s stuck with no way out. Justin will plop Thomas in some hazardous area, which will be caged off for safety reasons.
It’ll give Justin the prime place to lock Thomas up since it’ll have this enclosure – and it’ll be dangerous, so not many people will be in any big hurry to go down there!
Justin will think he can hold Thomas captive for as long as he wants without anyone discovering him. However, Justin will face some pressure from Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) when it comes to getting Bill and Liam out of jail.
Wyatt won’t get the sense of urgency he’s expecting from Justin, who’ll be more focused on savoring his time in charge at Spencer Publications.
Justin will kick back in Bill’s chair as he officially takes the reins, but Wyatt will remind Justin that Liam and Bill’s freedom is what’s most important.
While Justin keeps risky secrets with selfish motives, Katie Logan (Heather Tom) will continue her difficult conversation with Bill in lockup.
Katie understands how Bill operates, but she wishes he would’ve thought about the impact his actions would have on Will Spencer (Finnegan George).
Bill’s situation has been painful and confusing for his young son, but Bill’s counting on Justin to help him walk free and reunite with his boy. Katie doesn’t have as much faith as Bill does, so there’ll be some deeply emotional moments on Wednesday.
Although Katie will wonder what’ll happen if Justin can’t fix this, Bill won’t want Katie’s mind going to a dark place.
