The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Wednesday, June 23, teases that greedy Justin Barber (Aaron D. Spears) will lie to worried Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) while Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) freedom gets ripped away.
At the jail on Wednesday’s episode, Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) will continue his efforts to reassure a doubtful Katie Logan (Heather Tom). Katie knows Bill can’t do anything from behind bars and doesn’t seem to have as much faith that Justin can free his clients.
Nevertheless, Bill will remain completely confident in Justin as his best friend and right-hand man. He’ll feel like there’s no one more loyal, but Justin will be disproving that notion across town.
Justin just knocked Thomas out with a significant goal in mind.
Justin wanted to make sure the evidence to clear Bill and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) never made it to the cops or anyone else. That’s the only thing that’ll allow Justin to take over Spencer Publications and finally get the power he craves.
Bill insisted he wanted Justin’s sole focus to be getting him out of jail along with Liam, but Justin will go against his boss’ wishes.
That’s because as long as Bill and Liam are locked up, Justin is the boss now! Justin feels like he knows the ins and outs of the business far better than Wyatt.
Despite Bill ordering Wyatt to be in charge of the company, Justin will take charge instead – and there’ll be nothing Bill can do about it.
Wyatt will apparently see things Justin’s way and relinquish the throne, but he’ll worry this will cut into the time Justin needs to defend Liam and Bill. They’ve been sitting in jail cells for a while now, so Wyatt will want to be sure there’s a plan to get them out.
Justin will lie that there is, but he may also warn Wyatt about the possibility that Liam and Bill could stay locked up for who knows how long.
B&B spoilers say Justin will have no intention of giving up control of Spencer Publications, so he’ll sabotage his own efforts to score Bill and Liam’s freedom.
As for Thomas, he’ll find himself craving freedom as well. Thomas will be locked in a different sort of prison since he’ll be thrown in some basement with an enclosed area – essentially turning it into a cage.
There’ll be a big sign about how hazardous this section of the building is, so Justin won’t care much about Thomas’ safety!
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Thomas will likely wake up disoriented with a pounding headache. Thomas will soon see that he’s stuck with no exit in sight. Thomas will resort to begging in hopes of getting out of there, but Justin will stand his ground and reveal other devious plans later this week.
