The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the next two weeks, July 5 through July 16, tease that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will feel betrayed while Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) befriends Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner). Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) will also score a new case to work on while Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) grants Chelsea Lawson’s (Melissa Claire Egan) wish.
During the week of July 5-9, Phyllis will shift her strategy by acting like she’s lonely and needs cheering up. She’ll score some sympathy from Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and convince him to spend time with her instead of having dinner with Sally.
Chelsea will also get Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) involved in another mess. She’ll convince Chloe to help set a trap for Dr. Hedges (Michael Bofshever), so Chloe will leave her phone behind and let Chelsea use it to make a secret recording.
Y&R spoilers say that recording will prove Dr. Hedges is employed by Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), so the doc will want to keep that news under wraps.
Chelsea will insist the price of her silence is a visit with Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) in the park, so she’ll force Dr. Hedges to set it up with Adam.
Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) also has a party coming up that’ll bring a bombshell. Some shocking truth will be exposed, so this could involve the real story behind Richard Nealon’s death.
Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) is convinced of Sutton Ames’ (Jack Landron) guilt, but it’s possible her stepfather Eric Benedict or someone else is to blame.
Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) will show signs of decline, but Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will refuse to take the out he gives her. She’ll want to go on this journey with Ashland, even if it’s a short one.
As for Harrison Locke (Kellen Enriquez), he’ll have a welcome bash with the Abbotts as they all welcome him to the family.
During the week of July 12-16, Kyle and Tara Locke will spend the day at the park – no doubt with Harrison nearby. Things will take a stunning turn, so could Harrison vanish?
Tara and Kyle might end up on a frantic mission to find Harrison if he wanders off, but it looks like whatever shocker that happens will be resolved quickly.
Over with Sally again, she’ll feel betrayed by someone. That could have something to do with Phyllis’ attempt to befriend Tara.
But Tara had better watch her back. Phyllis will ultimately team up with Billy, so whatever plot they come up with could lead to Tara trouble.
As for Rey, he’ll be given a new assignment to tackle. This fresh case should be an interesting one and will keep Rey busy for a while.
Victor and Ashland will also announce something big, so it sounds like the merger will move forward despite the competition. Will Victoria actually get Ashland to sign the papers and make this official? Victoria will sure hope so!
Next, Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) and Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) will wind up battling some conflict, so Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) may have to play referee.
Finally, Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) will enjoy some romantic time together, but a third wheel will get in the way.
There’s a good chance Imani Benedict (Leigh-Ann Rose) will be that third wheel, so Elena’s not going to be happy about the potential competition!
