Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the week of August 9-13 tease that EJ DiMera (Dan Feurriegel) will kick heartbroken Sami Brady DiMera (Alison Sweeney) out while Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) gears up for a memory breakthrough. Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) will also nail down the details of her new plot to destroy Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) and snatch his job for herself.
For starters, EJ will blast Sami over her affair with Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo). If Sami tries to deny it, EJ will be ready with Kristen DiMera’s (Stacy Haiduk) letter as proof. After EJ explodes at Sami, he’ll spar with Lucas next.
Once EJ’s unleashed his anger, he’ll toss Sami out of the DiMera mansion and leave her deeply distraught.
Meanwhile, Nicole Brady (Arianne Zucker) will confide in Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) before a vengeful Sami tracks her down.
Sami will likely learn from EJ that Nicole delivered the letter, so this will spark another round of fierce conflict.
Nicole will feel like this was the payback Sami deserved, but she’ll still wind up upset in the aftermath of this fight.
Rafe will step up to comfort Nicole as she copes with her split from Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) and all the drama that’s gone down in her life.
When Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) spots Nicole in Rafe’s arms, she certainly won’t be happy about it! Ava will no doubt struggle to hide her jealousy as Rafe and Nicole’s bond grows stronger.
In the meantime, Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) will drive Ciara to the cabin in hopes of sparking total recall.
Unfortunately, Ben will get hurt on the way – perhaps due to a minor crash near their destination.
Days spoilers say Ciara will tend to Ben’s injuries, so we’ll see more of her true feelings creeping through. Seeing Ben injured will no doubt draw out Ciara’s protective side, even if she’s unwilling to admit it at first.
Ben cared for Ciara when he took her to the cabin the first time, so this is Ciara’s chance to return the favor.
As Ben begs Ciara to remember their deep love for each other, Ciara will indeed get the breakthrough that “Cin” fans have been waiting for. It sounds like a memory flood will bring a heartfelt reunion, so Ben’s plan will pay off.
In the meantime, Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) and Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) will land in hot water for helping Ben abduct the bride on her big day.
Ciara’s kidnapping will bring major pressure for Claire and Allie, who’ll get grilled by Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) as well as Belle Brady (Martha Madison).
Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) and Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) will both battle concerns about the trouble Allie’s in, but things should work out in the end.
Until then, Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson) will get an offer from Paulina Price (Jackee Harry) – one that Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) strongly objects to.
If Paulina offers reward money for Ciara’s safe return or something along those lines, Lani may think Paulina’s trying to write a check and fix things as usual.
Days spoilers say Lani will remain hesitant to accept Paulina’s apology – and she definitely won’t be ready to trust her aunt again.
DOOL fans can expect Lani to open up to Abe Carver (James Reynolds) later. Lani will explain why she’s struggling to forgive despite Paulina’s best efforts.
As for Gabi, she’ll trick Philip and figure out the details of her scheme to bring him down. Gabi will bring Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) in the loop, but she’ll have to be smart about this if she wants to pull off her plan!
Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) will also run into more trouble – most likely due to the lingering dead Dr. Clay Snyder (Michael Lowry) situation.
Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) will pass along some troubling news to Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) as well, so we’ll see if that’s about Gwen or perhaps Bonnie Lockhart’s (Judi Evans) engagement to Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth).
