In tonight’s You, Me & My Ex episode, Kayee has agreed to come back after being asked to quarantine. She plans to share her feelings with Jessica and Jerry. She arrives with balloons and explains she will punch the balloons instead of them. Jessica has no idea how to deal with her.
April wonders if Roy will show at her wedding. Loren will of course be there. The whole family is excited. The wedding begins. April comes out to the backyard in her dress with flowers. The day is perfect. Roy doesn’t show.
Jen and Chantel bring their baby home. They arrive home to Josh and the family. He gets very emotional. Josh’s mom is there. She loves this baby even if Jen and Chantel are the parents. They sit and talk and get onto the roles of each member and what they plan to tell the baby.
Earlier before this happened, Jen’s mom had a hard time but now she is dealing much better. The convention gets a little heated about Josh being called Dad. In the end, they toast after ending the discussion.
Caroline and Alex hold their housewarming. Steven makes several pastries and hopes Lisa, Caroline’s mother will approve. Both their family come. They break the news they are engaged. Lisa does not look thrilled. But in the end, she tells Alex she wants her daughter to be happy. Steve is not there but it is later revealed he has been visiting Caroline and Alex daily.
Kayee tries to stay civil but she is angry. She reads her feelings instead. She details Jerry’s flaws which include being incapable of making women happy. Jessica is controlling as well. When Jessica refuses to retaliate, Kayee gets really mad, breaking the balloons.
Jerry is sick of Kayee yelling in his ear. He is done and she is too. They talk over one another. Kayee gets up, pops the rest of the balloons, and leaves. She throws flowers at the front door and a champagne bottle. Jerry sees how crazy she is now.
Roy shows at April’s wedding reception. He wants to do the right thing especially since they have kids. She tries to tell him during the reception as they talk alone that she wants him to be happy. He doesn’t because of her. When he was happy, she ruined it. She divorced him.
She is sick of being the villain. They get into how their marriage went wrong. She hopes she doesn’t have regrets one day. Later, it is revealed that April has been visiting Roy in California.
Jerry and Jessica sit and talk. They discuss how their kids are happier since Jessica moved in. Later, Jessica movies back to Utah.
