Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that EJ DiMera (Dan Feurriegel) will seduce Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) and insist he’s a better man than Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering). EJ will provide a hot distraction from Ava Vitali’s (Tamara Braun) boyfriend, so look for Nicole and EJ to reignite their old spark this fall.
DOOL fans know Nicole regrets hooking up with Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) – a man she can’t stand. It was just a case of Nicole being drunk, hurting and self-destructive.
However, Nicole also feels like she was no good for Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan). As painful as their split has been, it was for the best in Nicole’s eyes since she thinks she brings out the worst in her soon-to-be ex-husband.
Of course, Rafe is also a Dudley Do-Right type of character who loves to save damsels in distress. Since Rafe has a big heart like Eric, are they really all that different at their cores?
At this point in her life, perhaps Nicole needs a schemer who brings out the schemer in her, too. It’s great that Nicole’s about to reconnect with devious EJ and distract herself from her feelings for Rafe.
Nicole recently decided to take a step back and hopefully stop interfering in Rafe’s relationship with Ava.
It was never Nicole’s intention to come between them, so Days spoilers say she’ll want to stick with the plan and give them some breathing room.
Rafe has convinced Ava that he truly wants to be with her – at least for now. It’s probably just a matter of time until Ava’s insecurities creep back in, but Rafe may shower her with a bit more attention while Nicole’s busy.
Nevertheless, Rafe is sure to have a hard time dealing with EJ and Nicole’s sizzling Days reconnection.
EJ will be glad to fill a steamy void for Nicole, but Rafe will no doubt think she deserves better. If Rafe gets jealous and tries to shut down this “Ejole” reunion, it could easily spell more trouble with Ava.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say EJ and Nicole are headed for an intriguing new chapter, but Rafe and Ava will remain part of the story as things get complicated.
